POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Able to perform all essential Project Assistant/Coordinator responsibilities

MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 4-year business or technical degree plus minimum 3 years administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, including minimum of 3 years construction project administration
• Ability to keyboard 65-75 WPM accurately

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Prevailing Wage Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of payroll data for the applicable labor regulations and certified payroll requirements. This role supports project management and field operations by overseeing certified payroll reporting, monitoring of apprenticeship ratios, and maintaining accurate labor compliance documentation. The Compliance Coordinator role will serve as a liaison between multiple parties to ensure full compliance with contractual and legal Prevailing Wage requirements.

**Prevailing Wage Compliance and Analysis**
+ Review payroll data for employees and subcontractors working on projects requiring compliance and verify wage determinations, fringe benefits, and labor classifications.
+ Perform routine internal and external audits to ensure compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act, State Prevailing Wage requirements, and other applicable regulations.
+ Assist in reviewing certified payroll documentation and validation of payroll entries for accuracy and completeness.
+ Verify wage determinations via sam.gov, fringe benefits, job classifications and deductions are applied correctly for company employees and subcontractors.
**Process and Systems Administration**
+ Utilize payroll and compliance third-party platforms and systems to enter, monitor, and reconcile payroll data.
+ Perform data validation and analysis to identify and resolve daily labor entries and compliance with requirements.
+ Collaborate with contractor payroll, clients, vendors, and external auditors to maintain organized and accurate records for employee data, rates, classifications, and payroll entries.
+ Partner with internal departments including Payroll, Operations, Human Resources, and Legal to ensure compliance requirements are maintained.
+ Assist Operations teams to ensure compliance with worker classifications and ratios are monitored and maintained across multiple projects.
**Subcontractor Compliance Oversight**
+ Review subcontractor compliance packages to verify requirement documentation such as certified payrolls, fringe benefit statements, proof of registration with California DIR and applicable apprenticeship programs.
+ Maintain a compliance tracking system and communicate all deficiencies to Subcontractors. Collaborate with Subcontractors to align requirements.
**Customer Compliance for Tax Credit Requirements**
+ Understand documentation requirements of customers and their auditor(s) to support future IRA/ITC tax credit qualifications.
+ Coordinate timely data submissions to customers on a regular basis by internal teams and subcontractors including payroll reports and supporting evidentiary documentation.
**Reporting, Auditing, and Communication**
+ Maintain compliance databases, reports and logs for all active and completed projects.
+ Prepare compliance summaries for management review and third-party submissions.
+ Respond to inquiries or audits from third-party compliance monitors, public agencies, unions, or developers regarding labor compliance documentation.

Effective communication and collaboration with project management, field operations, BIM, and other departments are essential to execute these tasks successfully.

+ Have a comprehensive knowledge of departmental processes, redlining protocols, document management, and CEI Installation Standards.
+ Conduct a thorough review of the specifications and submittals using the Bluebeam Specification & Submittal Review Profile. Any identified issues shall be documented in the Issues Log to be addressed with the project team.
+ Assist the project management team with RFI's. This includes verbiage and supporting documents.
+ Perform a thorough review of the most current contract drawings and generate redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets in accordance with the department's redlining protocols. Any identified issues shall be documented in the Issues Log to be addressed with the project team.
+ Distribute the completed redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets, and notify the project team, including the location where they have been saved.
+ Update the Redline Drawing log as redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets are generated and when new revisions are issued.
+ Populate Conduit schedule.
+ If BIM is required, the detailer is responsible for the following:
+ Assisting the project team in completing the BIM Specification Sheet and Installation Drawing Checklist.
+ Attending BIM coordination meetings as needed.
+ Following up after redlines have been distributed and addressing all model constructability issues.
+ Reviewing all Installation Drawings generated from the model.
+ Weekly time entry into JDE and saving timecards to a designated folder.
+ Maintain clear and consistent communication with your project team. In instances where needed, act as a mediator between engineering, project management, field operations, BIM, and Prefab departments.
+ Maintain proper document control by adhering to the department's folder structure and naming conventions.
+ Ensure that the latest CEI Installation Standards are being followed and serve as a resource for standardization whenever necessary.
+ Address bulletin updates and added scope. This includes:
+ Getting project management approval for rework.
+ Requesting new cost code if applicable.
+ Updating the Pre-Construction project folder with the most recent contract documents and archiving old ones.
+ Updating the BIM Hub and Redline Drawing Log with added scope.
+ Providing a ROM if requested.
+ Updating redlines and any other Constructability deliverables that are impacted.
+ Coordination with BIM if applicable.

Investigates and evaluates cause and extent of damage to equipment failures and vehicles involved in accidents. Maintains strong communications between mechanic team and operations.

About this Role
FiberTel is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Sacramento, CA to Reno, NV project.
The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely and skillfully operating and maintaining construction equipment (cable plows, backhoe, mini excavator, skid steer, rock saw, and other utility construction equipment). This position will be responsible for the safe transportation of materials and equipment. He/she will load and unload equipment and material as needed.
Pay: $27-35/hr base -
Subject to CA an NV Prevailing Wage Rates which may change depending on work location and job duties. Rates can go upwards of $65-74/hr.
Travel: This position will be focused on a project spanning Sacramento, CA to Reno, NV.

Position Responsibilities:
Operate all heavy machinery in a safe manner
Dig trenches, back-fill excavations, and compact & level earth to grade specifications
Transport materials and equipment
Load & unload equipment and material as needed

This is a full-time hourly position, expected to work at least 40 hours per week. About this Role
FiberTel is looking for a HDD Locator for our Sacramento, CA location.
A Successful HDD Locator is specially trained and has expertise in locating horizontal/directional drill rigs from Vermeer 24x40 up to Vermeer 330x500 and product support equipment utilizing the latest in electronics to navigate the drill stem in a trenchless operation. Rock Experience is a major plus. This position will also help with labor tasks as needed or directed by the foreman or supervisor.

Operate HDD locating equipment for installation of underground cable conduit or utilities
Ensure proper steering based on the noted job preparations and projections
Knowledgeable in locating to provide bend radius for steel pipe

Maintain bore profile plots and provide customer with directional drilling data
Assist in locating and planning bores around existing utilities

About this Role
FiberTel is hiring CDL Driver - Construction for our Sacramento, CA to Reno, NV project.
The CDL Driver - Construction will drop off equipment and materials in the morning and take them back to the lot at the end of the shift. This position will spend the rest of the day helping drive dumps, vac trucks, operate machinery or doing labor related tasks as directed by the foreman or supervisor.
Pay: $30-32/hr base,
Subject to CA Prevailing Wage Rates and may change depending on work location and job duties, but those can be upwards of $65-74/hr
Travel: This position will be focused on a project spanning Sacramento, CA to Reno, NV.
What You'll Do
Requirments:
Transport materials and equipment
Load & unload equipment and material as needed
