Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is looking for a part-time, benefit eligible Therapist - In Training to work with children, adults and families in community settings with our Family Preservation Program! This is a part-time, 32 hour per week, benefit eligible opportunity.
Referrals come from county CCS programs, county Children Protective Services programs, and the Department of Corrections (DOC). Our therapists meet with children, adults, and families in community settings, including the home, and school to literally and figuratively meet the client where they are at. All services provided require the use of counseling skills and treatment practices to help clients overcome barriers related based on the client's individual needs. As a therapist in training or licensed therapist with Family Preservation Services/CCS you will:
Provide in-home family therapy services to adult or youth clients and their families.
Conduct assessments of client needs using clinical interview, objective diagnostic tools.
Develop treatment plan collaboratively with client and other providers
Provide agreed upon and necessary therapeutic services, keeping with strength-based, evidence-based best practice
Complete required documentation within required timelines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the Production Worker is to perform necessary functions in order to efficiently, safely, and correctly prepare and process raw material to prepare it for cooking or cut & package finished product in preparation for shipment to customer.
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
General:
Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
Ensure product conforms to specifications.
Prevent and minimize rework and/or inedible.
May require working on taping machines, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, trash and recycling compactors.
Perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection functions as directed.
Successfully complete all necessary technical training and skills verification as directed.
Successfully complete all necessary soft skills training as directed.
Return from breaks in a timely manner; notify lead/foreman/supervisor before leaving the department.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork as directed.
Attend all department and company scheduled meetings.
Works scheduled shift as assigned.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
Immediately report all accidents and deficiencies to the lead/foreman/supervisor.

Add ingredients to batch and verify against formulations in Blending system.
Move meat into machine(s) and/or combos and/or v-mags using appropriate tools and techniques
Load meat racks, push meat trucks from one area to another, visually monitoring meat for quality.
Maintain accurate records, washing and sanitizing carts, racks, and trucks.
Ready to Eat:
Count and place packages in appropriate caddies, maintaining accurate records, washing and sanitizing carts, racks, and trucks.
Handling finished product, placing it continuously in trays or assembly lines to be shipped to our customers.
Making pallets by stacking boxes onto pallets, preparing the pallet with cardboard wrapping, manually shrink wrapping, and pulling/pushing pallets with manual pallet jack.

Salary Information
The starting salary will be between $50.00 to $60.00 per hour ($104,000.00 to $124,800.00 annually) depending on qualifications, an additional $2.75/hr supervisory add-on, plus great benefits. Positions are unclassified and in pay schedule/range 71-00.
Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan. Future pay increases will be in accordance with the Compensation Plan. Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire.

Job Description
Hours: 6:00pm - 6:30am Rotating 2.2.3
Wage: $23.5 per hour ($19.50 base wage PLUS $4.00 shift differential)
Sanitation workers are responsible for keeping the facility as clean as possible. They will use the best techniques for cleaning certain machines around the plant floor. Carryout responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
Clean facilities and equipment, in proper sequence, and in a timely manner enabling pre-op inspection and set-up to begin on time for a successful start-up and hour of power for production.
Applies chemicals for cleaning, degreasing and sanitizing using sprayers and hoses.
Applies a hot water wash down (temperature 120-140 degrees) and cold water wash downs for all plant equipment, floors and walls.
Clean equipment parts, overheads, units, pipes and lights, smokehouse,
Clean breakroom & bathrooms during workhours.
Gathers trash in carts and transports to trash compactor for disposal.
Squeegee floors and clean drains in plant area.
Covers sensitive equipment with plastic for protection.
Follow daily sanitation schedule and achieve specified goals.
Complete Master Cleaning Schedule to ensure all areas of facility are cleaned on a regular basis.
Use the proper chemical for the job and at the specified concentration.
Complete pre-inspections prior to FSQ (Quality) doing pre-operation inspections to minimize deficiencies found.
Assist with re-assembly of machine(s) for start-up.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, along with company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP's).
Suggest improvements; continuously improve the quality of all support activities.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Safety:
Perform all duties within OSHA and company safety standards; LOTO, wear PPE and maintain safety equipment.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
Immediately report all accidents and deficiencies to the lead/foreman/supervisor.
Ensure safety devices are installed and working properly.
Handles equipment and chemicals according to government, SDS and Company safety standards.

: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Must supervise and monitor children at all times by following Active Supervision procedures, policies, and strategies to ensure no child is ever left unsupervised.
Follow direction and support from the teacher regarding classroom expectations and adult-child interactions.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES WHEN ASSIGNED TO SUPPORT THE DRIVING STAFF OF THE TEACHER ASSISTANT:
Monitor safety on the bus.
Assist children boarding/leaving the bus.
Ensures children are secured in child restraints and all adult passengers use appropriate seat belts.
Visually observe the health of each child on the bus. Report any concerns to the teacher and parent/guardian.
Occupy the children during the ride with developmentally appropriate songs, games, observations, etc.
Collaborate with the driver to ensure that each child is delivered to the care of a responsible adult (authorized list on the Transportation Permission Fact Sheet) upon leaving the bus.
Ensure that no child is ever left unattended while on the bus, following all Active Supervision, child attendance, and bus alarm deactivation procedures as written in the Transportation work plan to prevent a child from being left behind.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES WHEN ASSIGNED TO SUPPORT THE KITCHEN STAFF OF THE TEACHER ASSISTANT:
Preparation and delivery of meals/snacks that meet USDA Food Program requirements of preschool and or infant/toddler children and all Head Start program requirements and policies.
Ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule.
Use food production and food storage procedures that meet USDA and CACFP requirements.
Follow standards of sanitation according to State and Head Start regulations and policies.
Safely operate basic food service equipment provided by Head Start.

Role Mission
Assist the NAM Flooring Sales Manager for our Western Territory (WA, AK, HI, OR, CA, AZ, NV, ID, WY, CO, UT, NM, TX, OK, MO, KS, AR, LA) to achieve sales & profitability goals in the segments defined by the NAM Flooring Sales Manager, in accordance with both the sales plan and the operational plan, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the business objectives of the sector in the geographical area. Duties/Responsibilities of the NAM Flooring BDR:
· Assist in managing the daily customer interactions, requirements, and needs when it comes to quoting, quote follow ups, PO issues, Accounts Receivable payment follow ups, etc.
· Be the bridge between Customer Service and the NAM Flooring Sales Manager for daily touchpoints and issue resolutions
· Plan, prepare, and schedule visits to assigned clients, and ensure information is provided to the NAM Flooring Sales Manager by preparing call reports & updating CRM
· Ensure compliance with the agreed annual sales plan and margin management within the limits set by the NAM Flooring Sales Manager & Global Sales Director

· Ability to make “cold calls” when necessary to drum up business opportunities
· Hunt for new business opportunities through all available techniques: current clients, prospective clients, clients that have not bought for several years, social selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), referrals, etc.
· Work closely with internal ACS contacts including Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Production Planning, Shipping/Logistics dept, etc. as necessary in order to manage business opportunities. · Respond to customer requests regarding product technical specifications, prices, availability, and sample shipments

· Identify and develop joint solutions with customers or partner technical teams through meetings, ensuring technical product/application knowledge (with support from the Global Technical Team if needed). Translate customer needs into technical specifications to develop customized solutions for segment customer needs
· Coordinate with the team in Portugal for joint visits/travel, joint Webinar training sessions with clients, Marketing needs, etc.
· Provide feedback to monthly meetings, rolling plan initiatives, strategic cycle initiatives, etc. based on the information you have gathered
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales/Management or equivalent
3 to 5 years in a similar Industrial sales type role preferred
