Team: Thrive tackles chronic pain by combining advanced AI with clinical expertise, enabling recovery anytime, anywhere. Each member is paired with a dedicated pain specialist who designs a personalized program and provides ongoing support. Members also receive a Thrive kit, which includes everything needed for effective recovery-featuring a device for interactive, guided sessions with real-time feedback to ensure proper and efficient execution.The Thrive team-spanning Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Operations-collaborates to deliver best-in-class pain care, driving exceptional member outcomes while generating measurable healthcare cost savings for clients.What you'll be doing: Conduct Onboarding video & audio consultations with members at the beginning of their program. Address any high-level questions a member may have on the program and create the foundations for long lasting behavioral change. Process information shared by the member to build a brief for the treatment PT. Create handoff notes for the treatment PT to correctly follow the member. Address any additional questions the treatment PT might have on a member. What you need to have: You need to have DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy). Must be Fluent in Spanish. Must be licensed physical therapist. At least 3 years of clinical experience. Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients members. Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach. Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working on a flexible schedule, between 10 and 20 hours week. You'd need to share your availability for the following month at least 30 days in advance . Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Main duties will entail carrying out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, and trimming. Must monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs. CORE JOB DUTIES Plant Care: Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another Moving Rockwool for transplanting plants Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots Facility Cleaning: Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
