Job Objective:
The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis.
The BCBA will conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify specific behavior challenges and skill deficits. Based on these assessments, you will develop comprehensive treatment plans that target specific goals and objectives.
As a BCBA Program Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing behavior intervention strategies.

Manage a caseload of clients and lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians who will be responsible for direct implementation of the treatment plans.
Oversee program development and staff training for assigned clients.
Assess, develop, and monitor behavior and treatment plan implementation based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Assist in the hiring and training process for new BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians, and supplemental staff.
Conduct parent and caregiver training on ABA principles and personalized goals identified for client-specific interventions.
Communicate and collaborate with other relevant professionals involved in client treatment including teachers, OTs, SLPs, counselors, etc.

Create detailed behavior analytic program notes and billing notes consistently and within a timely manner.
Provide behavior support for clients who engage in disruptive and dangerous maladaptive behavior.
Ensure that all practices and professional behavior adhere to the Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
Provide supervision for RBTs and BCBA/BCABA trainees and take an 8 hour-supervision training required to provide supervision.
Maintain credentials by attending CEU training to meet requirements and meet renewal deadlines.
