Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Ensure pallets received meet defined requirements.
+ Enter/scan accurately upon item receipt the LPN (license plate number), catch-weight, manufacture date, expiration date, etc. into the warehouse management system utilizing RF equipment.
+ Ensure all item information is appropriately recorded into the warehouse management system by verifying and entering piece count and weights against bills of lading, invoices and other records.
+ Inspect product being moved for shortages, damage, quality, or deterioration of packing and report to supervisor.
+ Record all overages, shortages and damages on the OS&D form.
+ Verify refrigerated (cooler) and frozen product temperatures are taken according to established PWMs. Follow temperature abuse process and established PWMs if product temperature is out of accepted tolerance range.
+ Record and communicate vendor compliance issues by completing the vendor compliance form during receipt according to established PWMs.
+ Apply blind LPNs according to established PWMs if manufacturer hasn't provided license plates.
+ Ensure proper operation of dock doors, plates, lights and locks. Report repair or service needs to supervisor to avoid damage or an unsafe condition.
+ Must successfully complete the receiving certification process and testing.
+ Work effectively with immediate supervisor to minimize warehouse shrink/damage (product loss).
+ Responsible for the neatness and cleanliness of assigned work areas and travel aisles, and the accuracy of warehouse locations.

Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

The Senior Network Engineer is principally responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the corporate LAN/WAN environment and ensuring the highest level of availability to all corporate users and vendor connections. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Configuration, deployment, testing, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of telecommunications and data network components across an enterprise WAN
Design and implement network/telecom architecture in a secure and cost-effective manner, including data, voice, and integrated messaging
Closely work with data/telecom vendors to resolve emergent network-related connectivity issues
Support the company's voice and integrated messaging systems, across the network
Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver on complex and detail-oriented network projects, providing regular updates to IT management when appropriate
Plan and coordinate network changes for office moves/consolidations and new office openings
Plan and provision both data and telecom infrastructure solutions, including routers, switches, IP PBX gateways, cabling, data/telecom circuits, and wireless technologies
Coordinate equipment and service installations with vendors, facilities managers, and IT Department
Serve as level 3 support to the corporate help desk for network and telephony tickets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of hands-on IT work experience in a network/telecom environment
Expert level knowledge of network/telecom engineering, design, planning, and implementation
Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems, switching architecture, telephony, dial and call routing plans, wiring, and wireless technologies
Ability to work well in both a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate well with users and vendors, as well as other members of the group and department
Ability to mentor members of the IT Customer Service help desk, and willing to assist in a support role
Able to manage both complex projects and handle multiple tasks at once while effectively communicating status and issues to the team and to department management

The Captain shall have a valid U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) issued Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) as Master of Steam or Motor Vessels of appropriate tonnage (50-ton or 100-ton) upon the Great Lakes and Inland Waters, Near Costal or Unlimited. They must be a U.S. Citizen.
The Captain shall, at all times, have the sole responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of the vessel, the passengers, and the crew.
