Pros of working at SYKES

Sykes worked hard to maintain an attitude of positive culture. The extended from the trainers to the management and to every meeting. This didn't just encompass positive verbiage, but minimizing non-constructive negative discussions on site

Cons of working at SYKES

Due to lack of transparency with with certain processes, it was easy for their to seem like there was occasional favoritism

SYKES benefits
