A little about us… Sylvan Nursery started as a Christmas tree farm back in 1968 with 40 acres of land near Laurel, MT. Soon after Christmas tree sales began, customers started asking if they could come in the spring and purchase trees for landscaping their yards.
Recently, a new building adjacent to the main office was erected to handle group meetings and the storage of files and records.Another direction for the nursery was taken in 1995 into cattle and hog production.
Several years ago the nursery purchased two large tracts of land in Dartmouth known as Island View (a photo appeared on the cover of our 2002 catalog) and Dartmoor Farm.
In 2013 Sylvan Nursery and Landscaping was purchased by Andy and Lindsay Kautz.
