9. Generate Purchase Orders & Buy Outs to purchase materials. If Purchase Order exceed limit of authority, meet with VP Operations or COO.
10. Coordinate with the Superintendent on scheduling to ensure material is ordered and delivered at the required dates
11. Complete the schedule of values during the billing cycle and review with the Division Manager and accounting for billing.
12. Coordinate the submission of all close-out documentation as required by the General Contractor
13. As required, provide reporting and analysis on projects to determine profitability and labor efficiency.
14. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
WORKING CONDITIONS: The Project Manager will work at the Statesboro office and at any and all job sites assigned to them. Job Sites will typically be in the Savannah, Ga and surrounding areas but may extend to South Carolina as well.

What does this role entail? The Leasing Consultant executes the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

Lease enforcement process - apartment inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and other processes as outlined in lease agreement and take appropriate action.
Follows-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction to finalize decisions to lease and/or renew. Executes and performs activities in support of the property's lease renewal program in advance of move-out dates, and ensuring that lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time. Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or documents and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s). This includes the ability to work in a stressful environment and work peacefully with co-workers and residents.
Responsible for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance and appeal of property, and reporting any mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions as well as employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents. Ensures that the property and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality by daily inspecting the property including but not limited to the leasing office, amenities, model and more for daily leasing activities.

You'll be responsible for:
+ Safelytransporting the staff and students of Georgia Southern University, in a safe, courteous and responsible manner throughout the University.
Safety is our top priority, and all drivers will be provided the necessary protective equipment to perform their job.
Additional responsibilities include:
+ Drive one of several different transit buses or vehicles in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner throughout the service area within a daily assigned time schedule
+ Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections as required
+ Stop at designated points to load and unload passengers
+ Assist in the boarding of passengers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and properly secure wheelchairs and scooters
+ Notify dispatch of deviations, overload, accidents, passenger incidents, medical/behavioral problems, or bus mechanical/electrical trouble
+ Advise passengers of rules and regulations when necessary
+ Complete and submit written reports concerning passengers and all accidents
+ Operate onboard computer and destination signs.
Bus Driver requirements:
+ Must possess a CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement
+ Must be at least 21 years of age
+ Possess a valid driver's license
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Able to work shift hours and days assigned including night shifts.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report concerns to physicians or supervisors
Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff, ensuring quality and compliance
Participate in care planning and documentation
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Promote a safe and infection-controlled environment
Follow policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines in accordance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice
A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Current CPR certification.
Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
