ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Be a go getter! Take initiative when the opportunity presents itself. Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts. Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients. Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client. Prepare activity reports as required by managements and each client. Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Personality: a dynamic, growth minded employee who is most comfortable being themselves! At a minimum, at least one year of experience in a warehouse customer service environment preferred, a 3PL environment is strongly preferred. Prior experience with warehouse technology as well as MS Suite products. Excellent communication skills. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT This is somewhat a sedentary role. Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50lbs may at times be expected. Specific vision abilities may be required for this role. These abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, as well as good depth perception. Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. You will need to be able to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch when needed. Repetitive movements are a big part of our environment, so you will need to be able to use your hands and feet simultaneously. This is a warehouse environment, so it consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot. If you are operating Industrial Lift Equipment, you will need to be able to get on and off the equipment on a regular basis. Certain equipment may expose you to heights as well. There can be exposure to loud noises and dust. You will have regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving equipment.
