Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Personality: a dynamic, growth minded employee who is most comfortable being themselves! High school diploma is preferred, but a GED and prior experience is ok too! Work experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, so we prefer 1-2 years of prior experience. Strong working knowledge and prior experience with warehouse data systems. Excellent communication and inventory skills. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities may be required for this role. These abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, as well as good depth perception. Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Expectation is at least two hours straight, four times in an eight-hour day. You will need to be able to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis. Repetitive movements are a big part of our environment, so you will need to be able to use your hands and feet simultaneously. This is a warehouse environment, so it consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot. If you are operating Industrial Lift Equipment, you will need to be able to get on and off the equipment on a regular basis. Certain equipment may expose you to heights as well.
