Responsibilities
As a PRN CertifiedOccupationalTherapistAssistant (COTA), you will work closely with the OccupationalTherapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Hold a valid state COTA license.
Ability to work flexible PRN hours and weekends as needed.
Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.

Are you an OccupationalTherapist (OT) who is passionate about helping older adults live safer, more independent lives? If so, our Rehab Team at Wellspring Retirement Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member to support patient-centered care.
Weekday and weekend coverage needed!
Responsibilities
As a PRN OccupationalTherapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the OccupationalTherapistAssistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Hold a valid state OT license.
Ability to work flexible PRN hours and weekends as needed.
Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
