The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Director of Pharmacy Billing, Pharmacy Manager, and other key managers, as assigned. This position works under the daily direction of the Senior Director of Pharmacy Billing. Duties include general clerical, administrative and project-based work while projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support and any applicable clerical needs to Billing, Collections, and other pharmacy departments as requested, including general clerical duties such as managing the incoming mail, preparing daily deposits, and mailing of monthly invoices provided by billing team.⢠Preparing, managing, and mailing Universal Claim Forms. Assist in the preparation of documentation for refunds to patients.⢠Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas, materials and minutes.⢠Maintain and order office supplies, kitchen supplies, etc.
* Prompt, accurate, professional and courteous receipt and assessment of telephone calls and inquiries; relays messages in a timely manner. Greets guests entering Symbria Rx Services office and directs to correct destination.⢠Receipt and delivery of mail and packages. Respects confidentiality during review of received mail.⢠Any and all duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or Associates Degree.⢠Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. As the Fitness and Wellness Specialist, you will work closely with the residents of the community to improve the overall quality of their life. Our group exercise classes, and educational sessions are based on guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine, the Centers for Disease Control, and the National Institutes of Health. Responsibilities
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide education to residents and staff of client communities on the benefits of Symbria's Well-Being program.
Increase program enrollment by actively promoting Symbria's services.
Act as program liaison to designated client committees.
Any and all duties as assigned.
FITNESS-SPECIFIC TASKS:
Complete enrollment and medical screening processes for each participant according to Symbria Well-Being Operating Standards.
Schedule and conduct Risk of Fall assessments, and CDC STEADI questionnaire.
These assessments are vital in identifying residents' current physical abilities.
Develop customized fitness programs for residents based on ACSM guidelines.
Teach/Provide standardized group exercise classes and specialty programs based on current ACSM/AHA guidelines and Symbria Well-Being Operating Standards.
Work with the Symbria Rehab therapy team to coordinate the transition to and from therapy and Well-Being.
Reassess participants on a semi-annual basis and provide ongoing feedback to participants to ensure proper interventions.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Responsibilities
* Reconcile client census for assigned clients on a weekly basis.
* Verify correct patient/customer set up for monthly billing including:
* Validating data on patient/customer is correct;
* Method of payment is included and correct;
* Medicare days are entered; and
* Invoice group is reflected accurately.
* Ascertain updates on any payer source changes are made timely and accurately.
* Process unit dose rejections in coordination with Third Party Cycle Billing Specialist.
* Ensure assigned clients are billed accurately and timely.
* Review unbilled claims for proper payor.
* Skilled nursing care clients are expected to be billed by the third (3rd) business day of
* each month.
* Private pay patients/customers are expected to be billed by the sixth (6th) business day
* of each month and no later than the tenth (10th) business day of each month.
* Assist Phone Triage Technician and Accounts Receivable Analyst with:
* Providing customer notes and answers to questions asked by client/customer and/or
* family members;
* Monitoring payer status of clients who are deemed to be Medicaid pending;
* Once Medicaid eligibility is determined, rebilling client appropriately; and
* Provide Best Available Evidence ("BAE") on Medicaid eligible patients/customers when
* Assist with Third Party Audits, as requested.

This is a summer job that has the potential to be a permanent part-time job in the future.
This position is out of West Town Senior Satellite Center.
Fit & Strong! information: Fit & Strong! is a group physical activity and behavior change program for persons with arthritis. The program consists of 24 sessions each lasting 90 minutes. The first 60 minutes focus on flexibility, low-impact aerobics, and strength training to improve lower body function. The remaining 30 minutes consist of health education and group problem solving using a structured curriculum. Participants develop personalized action plans to maintain physical activity and progress after the class ends. Fit & Strong! is effective, engaging, and fun - the program has high retention and attendance rates.
Fit & Strong! is currently offered by community sites across 32 states + DC. Fit & Strong! is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Council on Aging, the American Physical Therapy Association, and is a Research Tested Intervention Program evaluated by the National Cancer Institute/NIH.
