The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing recruitment support for assigned regions as a trusted business partner. Recruit and attract candidates for open positions and manage the recruitment process to create an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Support the full lifecycle of recruitment through the execution of assigned tasks and the development of creative recruitment strategies.
Communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process, in person, by phone, and via email.
Use the Applicant Tracking System and established recruitment processes to initiate and manage job postings and applicant review and selection.
Conduct resume and phone screens of applicants, and schedule interviews.

Place cold calls to potential recruits: full-time, part-time and per diem (PRN) opportunities.
Generate recruiting ads, monitor progress, and maintain ad's visibility.
Facilitate the establishment of relationships with colleges/universities and professional organizations.
Coordinate student placements for clinical field assignments.
Manage relationships with search firms within assigned regions.
