They recently did implement a work from home plan; however, lots of companies already had that, and now it's the new "normal" anyway.
Management is in a very obvious clique, promoting amongst themselves. Nearly everyone said their favorite part about working there is the "people," but those saying that had either been working there for a long time and were in the "management clique" or literally just couldn't come up with anything else. Yes, having a great team is essential, but companies should also value and promote other aspects to create an awesome workplace. What about collaboration? autonomy? culture? challenges? helping others? Innovation/new ideas/change management concepts are very much needed at this company, and publicly, they say this is what they're striving for, yet working here felt like being stuck in a stuffy bygone era. They really need to actually embrace what they're promoting--change is ok! new ideas are ok! be willing to take some risks on a few things, like new people and new ideas; otherwise your company is going to quickly get left behind, by the industry and by your employees.
Benefits package is very nice, all things considered. No free parking (I know it's Bellevue, but c'mon!), no amenities in the office (make sure you bring your own coffee and eating utensils!), slow acceptance for new technology. Reportedly, there's an annual bonus. Some tuition assistance. A few discounts for places in the area.
