PREFABRICATION
PreFab plan will require significant coordination with the BIM Team, management and field supervision standpoint along with coordination throughout the process with General Contractions and the other trade partners.
Collaborate with the design team, General Contractors and other trade partners early in design to review feasibility of pre-fabrication elements and ensure that design is coordinated with the pre-fabrication goals.

Assist with setting legal department budget and tracking expenses against budget throughout year.
Assist lawyers with:
expense reports and travel arrangements.
continuing legal education tracking/filings.
Board Meetings/SEC
Assist attorneys and corporate paralegal with preparation of Board meeting materials, including agendas, slides, letters, etc.
Assemble hard copies of board books in advance of meetings.
Assist with meeting minutes, including editing, proof-reading, distributing for input and finalizing.
Prepare and assist with SEC filings, including inputting information, carefully reviewing draft documents and setting up filings.
Make or manage SEC filings, including coordinating with third party vendor on large filings other than earnings release 8-K, 10-Qs and 10-Ks, which are handled by the Finance Department.
Use software tools as part of above, including WDesk (SEC software) and Diligent (Board materials upload software).
Maintain Enpro subsidiary list, which needs to go to audit firm quarterly and is also included in the 10-K.
