Bob does a superior job of establishing credibility and trust by being open and transparent in his communications, and has an adaptable, flexible leadership style. He’s a big-picture leader who acts quickly and cuts bureaucracy whenever and wherever possible. He fosters an innovative culture where ideas can be expressed openly, and he makes it easy to have sensitive discussions without having to worry about the outcome. He challenges the status quo in order to improve performance and when things are not working, change direction quickly. Bob has consistently and successfully transformed companies and helped teams reach high productivity levels and improve overall strategic performance by applying Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methods.
