What DON'T You Like About Working There?

I did not appreciate the fact that card holders could call in and be extremely disrespectful and we couldn't transfer to a manager for them to handle them. Also they also are very kid friendly. If your child is sick you only have so many times to call out to take care of that child. I understand every job is like this. But they make you seem like your the only person requesting to be off because of a sick child. A little more compassion and empathy would be appreciated from supervisors who never had children or has never been in a military family. Show More
