**Role Summary/Purpose:** The VP, Senior Audit Manager - Modeling is primarily responsible for planning and executing model, non-model tool (NMT) and model risk management audit engagements, risk assessments, continuous monitoring activities, and provide an independent and objective assessment of risk management practices, governance and controls over the Company's enterprise modeling and model risk management framework. This role will be a team member responsible for providing third line of defense coverage of modeling and NMT activities and risks, including the end-to-end design and effectiveness of the bank's control environment.

**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to the direction and focus of the Credit, Analytics & Models Internal Audit Team through active engagement in risk assessment, audit planning, and continuous monitoring processes
+ Lead and perform audits of modeling activities including evaluating model development, governance, validation, ongoing monitoring, model inventory, models, segmentation tools, Gen AI, NMTs, and end-user computing tools (EUCs)
+ Support detailed process walkthroughs with management, including the identification of process risks and controls
+ Document clear audit work papers that succinctly articulate purpose, scope, procedures, and conclusions of test work performed
+ Assess inherent, control, and residual risks with a strong understanding of model build and use with in private label credit card processing and associated risks.
+ Draft audit plans, develop audit tests, and lead audit execution. Identifying and assessing the impact of control deficiencies
+ Lead coordination of testing with various audit teams, external auditors, consultants, and Second Line of Defense
+ Track and validate findings/issues to ensure they are appropriately addressed.
+ Prepare high quality audit deliverables including planning memoranda, audit programs, working papers audit issues and reports
+ Present audit results to various levels of Internal Audit leadership, as well as the audit stakeholders within the organization
+ Ensure Audit Managers have developed and documented clear audit work papers that succinctly articulate the process, risks, controls, test results, and conclusions
+ Ensure audits conform with professional and departmental standards, budgets, and timelines
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
+ Lead the research of relevant banking, regulation, reporting, and model topics
+ Serve as a model subject matter advisor and technical resource for the audit department
+ Maintain technical subject matter expertise in models, model risk management, internal audit competency through ongoing professional development
+ Maintain understanding of current and emerging risks within models and model risk management
+ Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Bachelor or advance quantitative degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or an equivalent related field and 10 years of relevant experience in audit, risk management, or financial services.
+ Minimum of 7 years of model and internal audit experience within financial services (i.e. consumer banking, credit cards). Proven experience in risk and control theory and professional auditing practices including internal auditing standards and requirements set out by Institute of Internal Auditors.
+ **Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required**
**Desired Characteristics:**
+ Minimum 7-10 years working with models, model risk management, internal audit or equivalent experience in Big 4 accounting.
+ Knowledge and experience with general purpose and private label credit card products and processing.
+ Knowledge and experience with regulatory risk management requirements and related guidance.
+ Prior experience auditing, examining, or working in a financial/regulatory environment.
+ Experience interacting with regulators and auditors is sternly preferred.

**Grade/Level: 12**
The salary range for this position is **135,000.00 - 230,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Define, formulate and create complex analytical models to assess payments fraud activities. Create models to assess payments fraud activity within a specific payment system and across payment systems.
Serve a Bank's Knowledge Expert on Payments Fraud and accountable for developing the Bank's Payments Fraud Strategy. Actively participate on key payments initiatives.
Create, test and implement rule criteria. Balance fraud prevention recommendations with client experience considerations. (note: Updates may be required on a 24/7/365 basis to prevent fraud.)
Analyze loss data and recommending/implementing appropriate loss prevention strategies. In addition, evaluate fraud cases and losses holistically to identify potential trends, and areas of improvement.

The Construction Disbursement Administration (CDA) group is responsible for managing roughly 200 commercial construction projects simultaneously. We work with multiple departments around the Bancorp to ensure that construction is progressing properly and all agreements within the loan documentation are being followed by all parties. The Disbursement Specialist will:
* Review, analyze and process customer loan draws for commercial and residential construction projects, loan fund disbursements, equity draws, etc., including review of invoices, lien waivers, and budget.
* Prepare payoff quotes, credit bids, default letters and loan modifications.
* Schedule and direct pre-construction discussion with Borrower, Builder, and RM when requested.
* Administer participation loans, coordinate with participating/lead bank(s).
* Order, input, and review inspection reports.
* Updates and maintains various reports and ticklers for loan maintenance.
* Assists with and may serve as liaison with lenders, loan administration, and outside vendors.

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is responsible for training and supporting the training of federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers-as well as international partners-who enforce laws, treaties, and regulations in the United States and abroad.
Headquartered in Glynco, Georgia, with training delivery points in Artesia, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cheltenham, Maryland, FLETC's mission depends on secure, stable, and modern IT infrastructure.
This program provides Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (DOSS) to maintain reliable, efficient IT operations across the FLETC enterprise. The Configuration Manager will be essential in ensuring accurate system baselines, proper control of configuration items, and alignment with DHS/FLETC standards throughout system lifecycles.
Position Summary:
The Configuration Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining configuration management (CM) processes across the FLETC IT environment. This role establishes configuration baselines, oversees change control activities, ensures accuracy of system documentation, manages configuration items (CIs), and coordinates with technical teams to maintain system integrity across multiple sites.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting IT systems within structured, security-sensitive environments.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, maintain, and enforce configuration management policies, procedures, and standards.
Establish and maintain configuration baselines for systems, applications, hardware, and documentation.
Identify, document, and track configuration items across the enterprise and ensure version accuracy.
Oversee and manage change control processes, including impact assessments, approval coordination, version control, and verification after changes.
Maintain CM documentation including:
Configuration Management Plans (CMPs)
CI inventories and baselines
Change request records
Configuration status accounting documentation
Conduct routine CM audits to verify configuration integrity and compliance with DHS/FLETC requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and other technical teams to document system changes, updates, and configuration impacts.
Monitor adherence to configuration governance and ensure traceability of system modifications.
Support system lifecycle management activities such as deployments, upgrades, transitions, and decommissions.
Maintain configuration repositories, diagrams, records, and related documentation.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and configuration status updates for program leadership and stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to staff on CM processes and tools.
Qualifications
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust or higher clearance level (as required by position/contract).
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in configuration management, systems administration, or IT lifecycle management.
Experience developing configuration management plans, processes, and documentation.
Strong understanding of configuration identification, configuration control, status accounting, and CM audits.
Previous experience with CM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, SharePoint, Git, or equivalent systems.
Familiarity with ITIL or other structured IT service management frameworks.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
DESIRED:
Prior experience supporting federal government environments, especially DHS or FLETC.
Experience with enterprise IT environments and multi-site system configuration management.
CM-related certifications such as CMII, ITIL Foundation, or similar.
Experience supporting system integration and change management in controlled configurations.

**Role Summary/Purpose:** Synchrony is looking for a dynamic and innovative leader capable of rethinking existing processes and working smarter to deliver the design, testing, implementation and validation of collections and internal recovery contact strategies for all of Synchrony's platforms (businesses), clients and products. In 2025, the Collections Strategy Delivery team triggered >1 billion customer communications (emails + SMS / text + calls + letters). The VP, Collections Strategy Delivery Leader is also responsible for supporting strategic initiatives (including new client introductions, new product introductions, conversions, deconversions) and for critical, regulatory sensitive sub-processes such as right to cure, delinquency-based closure, and delinquency-based charge-offs. The role is responsible for leading and developing a global team of 36 employees (19 U.S. and 17 India). This role reports to the SVP, Collections & Recovery Strategy within the Credit organization.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Design, test, implement and validate collections and internal recovery contact strategies for the email, SMS / text, phone (dialer, dialer messaging, outbound IVR) and letter channels. The scope may be expanded to include implementation of other collections contact strategies (e.g., skip). The Collections Strategy Delivery team utilizes multiple platforms and tools including Fiserv, Rules, Strategy Manager (Experian PowerCurve), SAS, Jira and Tableau and works with several internal teams and vendors.
+ Lead the capacity management and prioritization of all Collections Strategy Delivery work and communicate to key stakeholders. Create and implement robust and transparent prioritization and scheduling processes that enable customers to understand available capacity, prioritize new work and obtain accurate scheduled implementation dates.
+ Lead Collections Strategy Delivery support for strategic initiatives (including new client introductions, new product introductions, conversions, deconversions) and infrastructure initiatives (e.g., cloud migrations for system of record and analytics). For conversions, the team owns all collections-related mapping and coding.
+ Develop future state vision, roadmap and organizational design to reach future state, review with management and key stakeholders, and then drive implementation with regular progress reviews.
+ Lead Collections Strategy Delivery work for Synchrony Prism including (1) how to get new scores and attributes from source systems to decisioning platforms faster and (2) process automation opportunities.
+ Own the Level 3 (L3) Collections Strategy Delivery process including validating Critical to Compliance (CTC) mapping and updating the Risk Assessment Questionnaire (RAQ) and Process, Risks & Controls Self-Assessment (PRCSA). Prevent, detect and remediate issues.
+ Ensure accounts are closed due to delinquency and charged-off in accordance with Synchrony credit policy.
+ Own and manage the implementation and execution of global exclusions for all collections work strategies.
+ Lead the development / build and validation of all new collections strategy emails.
+ Own collections queue management (~900 different queues utilized by collections process owners and strategies). Responsible for reclassification and site placement of all delinquent accounts.
