* 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm with OT as necessary

About the Role
How you will contribute
* Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
* Assist with monitoring daily KPI's, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
* Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
* Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
* Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
* Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
* Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications
* HS Diploma / GED.
* Experience in a Lead role.
* Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.

* Act as the primary liaison for all FTZ-related communications with CBP (Customs and Border Protection) and internal stakeholders
* Manage import activities, coordinating with customs brokers, vendors, carriers, and freight forwarders
* Prepare and submit FTZ documentation, including, but not limited to: e214 Admissions, Weekly Withdrawals (CF3461/CF7501), Zone Transfers (CF7512), and Quarterly and Annual Reports
* Oversee FTZ operations, including daily transactions, inventory reconciliation, and audit readiness
* Understands the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations
* Understands partner government agencies (FDA, EPA, etc.) and manage compliance with trade programs (FTA, AD/CVD, Section 201/301/232, quotas)
* Monitor U.S. imports for timely customs clearance and proactively resolve issues
