Syndigo CEO and leadership

In his role as CEO, Paul is responsible for overseeing Syndigo’s strategic direction, acquisitions and market positioning while delivering innovation for the future. Paul joined the company then known as Gladson in 2017, from Cision, where he led the alignment and growth of the Sales, Services and Marketing departments while playing a lead role in company acquisitions. Prior to that he was president of Market Track, where he oversaw a significant period of growth and expansion of the organization, building the business into a marketplace leader and recognized industry standard for advertising tracking.

Mark Detelich is a Chief Product Officer at Syndigo and is based in Greater Chicago Area. He has worked as Chief Strategy & Solutions Officer at Numerator; Vice President - Leadership Solutions, Chief-of-Staff for the Office of the CEO at LRN; and Partner at Accenture plc. Mark studied at OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY between 1985 and 1989.

As CFO, Sagit oversees all financial processes for Syndigo on a global basis. She was formerly an executive at Ex Libris, a global provider of cloud-based solutions for higher education under private equity ownership. There she held positions including Group Controller; CFO for North America; and ultimately VP of Finance. Before her tenure at Ex Libris, Sagit was a Manager for Ernst & Young Israel.

Alan O Halloran is an European CFO at Syndigo and is based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. He has worked as Financial Controller at FIRST RATE EXCHANGE SERVICES, Finance Director at Spring Global Delivery Solutions UK, and Director at LRN. Alan studied at The London Oratory School between 1977 and 1984.

Justin brings a demonstrated ability to effectively lead commercial organizations with go-to-market strategies that provide added client value. In this role he leads the sales, account management, marketing, and client engagement teams and will be responsible for implementing processes to serve clients in a more agile framework. Before joining Gladson in 2017, Justin spent more than eight years at Market Track in a series of commercial roles increasing in responsibility. Most recently he served as EVP, Asia Development, where he led the company’s growth in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to that, he served as EVP of North American Client and Business Development. Before Market Track, Hartanov spent several years in the sales and business development organizations at CEB.

Vanessa Childs is a Chief Integration Officer at Syndigo and is based in Chicago, Illinois. She has worked as Customer Service Mgr/National Accounts Manager at Automatic Data Processing Inc., Sr. Vice President at Cision, and Director of Education at Oracle. Vanessa studied at DePaul University between 1987 and 1992.
