As a Process Operator you will be a high performing member of a three-person team of Process Technicians. As a Process Operator, you will:
Meet behavior expectations in the areas of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), quality, productivity, and teamwork and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts
Interface with process control computers to optimize and troubleshoot product quality and equipment operations
Perform standard and non-routine testing of product quality
Manually set up and adjust process equipment for product changes
Safely perform manual operations such as cutting foam during start-ups/jam-ups, manually stacking and grinding foam, and filling solids additive feeders
Perform on-shift minor maintenance, predictive/preventive maintenance (PPM), breakdown repair, and scheduled shutdown/turnaround activities

Support as part of PA Team plants converted to Rockwell Automation PlantPAx to troubleshoot, improve, and optimize Process Automation System performance. PBS Process Automation Specialists are expected to have or develop in-depth knowledge of the assigned process unit operations, process control, and general instrumentation design.
Own the Alarm Management, Cyber Security, IT/OT best practices and Back-up solution implementations in both DCS and Discrete control areas. Help define, select, and implement solutions that best fit our business/plant needs utilizing leveraged DuPont technology when available and applicable.
Support Mod Migration Process Automation Project from design through implementation for platform migrations project, responsible for ensuring the process automation design meets MET requirements, process safety requirements, project design criteria and plant operability requirements.

As a Tool & Die Machinist you will be responsible for, but not limited to forming tooling components machined with various equipment, including CNC and EDM, grinding, milling, lathe etc., assigned duties involved with building, debugging, analyzing, altering and correcting new tools in a time frame that fully satisfies established and expected lead times and production schedules with supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION
Some of your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:
* Work from blueprints, sketches, concepts and verbal instructions to devise and build dies, jigs, fixture and tooling to meet requirements.
* Assist with machining tooling components according to tooling drawing meeting quality and quantity objectives.
* Verify part accuracy by using various precision measuring equipment and gauges.
* Operates conventional tool room machinery and equipment and possesses an understanding of the basic operation and concepts of all CNC equipment. (WEDM, CNC Machining Centers, CNC Sinker, etc.).
* Assist with performing first piece part inspection from tool tryouts and production and diagnose and correct tooling performance.
* Observe all company rules and procedures including housekeeping, quality of work and safety. Read work orders, follows engineering drawings and/or receives verbal instructions regarding duties, and adhere to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
* Knowledge of tool room equipment is required, examples include: manual drill presses, manual milling machines, band saws, lathes, surface grinders, radius dressers, Conventional EDM equipment, heat treatment, and all precision equipment.
* The ability to read engineering drawings, and comprehend simple work instructions is required

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in EHSS and Quality roles within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries.
At least 5 years of executive or senior leadership experience managing multi-site EHSSQ functions.
Demonstrated success managing GMP-compliant manufacturing and biosafety programs.
Skills and Competencies
