The Manager is responsible for managing, monitoring, and improving the Quality and Safety of OhioHealth's patient care. The Manager provides expertise in their area to the campuses including the application of innovations and improvements in care processes that improve clinical quality and patient safety and meet or exceed regulatory requirements. This includes development of standard work with accountability and lateralization of best practices to ensure consistent care and reduction of repeat events and findings.
The Manager also interfaces with providers and/or leaders to ensure that process improvement follows LEAN principles and A3 thinking.
