You will also have the opportunity to return year after year, as many of our team members have been with the Dome for over 30 years. Education and Experience * Team members must be capable of following instructions and working well within groups to accomplish set tasks. * Applicants must be flexible and able to work events and event changeovers that take place nights, weekends, and some holidays. Skills and Knowledge * Assist with game / event preparations including changeovers of the arena floor and event configurations. * Set up and break down tables, chairs, stages, pipe / drape, and other items that vary from event to event. * On occasion assist with building maintenance and cleaning as needed for events. Responsibilities * Assist with game / event day preparations to include setting up basketball courts, furniture and event day signage. * Assist with event changeovers, work in teams under direction of the Event Operations Manager.
