Christophe Beck is president and chief executive officer of Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. Prior to becoming president and chief executive officer on Jan. 1, 2021, Beck was Ecolab’s president and chief operating officer. Beck has held several senior leadership roles at Ecolab, including executive vice president and president of the Global Industrial Group; executive vice president and president of Nalco Water, an Ecolab company; and executive vice president and president of International Regions. Previously, Beck was executive vice president and president of Global Integration, overseeing the integration of Nalco following Ecolab’s acquisition of the company in 2011. His earlier roles at Ecolab include executive vice president, Institutional Sector; senior vice president and general manager, Institutional Foodservice - North America; and senior vice president, Corporate Marketing and Strategy. Prior to joining Ecolab in 2007, Beck was senior executive at Nestlé for 16 years, where he ran several of the company’s major businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked on a space shuttle project for the European Space Agency. In 2006, Beck was nominated as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum for his accomplishments and commitment to shape a better world. Beck holds a master’s degree in Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and serves on the institution’s strategic advisory board. George Holm was appointed Chairman of Performance Food Group’s Board of Directors in January 2019. George became President & Chief Executive Officer of PFG when it was acquired by Vistar Corporation in May 2008. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vistar, which he founded in 2002. George grew Vistar, a multi-channel food, snack and beverage distributor, into a $3.5-billion company that was purchased by the Blackstone Group, a premier global investment and advisory firm, in 2007. During his 40-year career in the foodservice distribution industry, George has held leadership positions with Alliant Foodservice, US Foods and Sysco Corporation. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Grand Canyon University.

Michele Buck is excited to bring more than 25 years of consumer packaged goods experience to her role as Hershey’s 12th President and Chief Executive Officer. She has two important roles - mom and business leader - that fulfill her life and she’s motivated by harnessing others’ strengths, expertise and perspectives. Buck has held several senior leadership roles within the company. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer, leading Hershey’s day-to-day North American operations and overseeing Hershey’s operations in Central and South America. Before joining Hershey in 2005, Buck served 17 years at Kraft/Nabisco in numerous senior positions and at the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo. She serves on the Board of Directors at New York Life, and as a Benefit Co-Chair for the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation.
