This is an Operations position responsible for supervising the activities associated with night warehouse operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the supervision of order selection, product replenishment, order loading, ensuring safety and security of the warehouse and providing management and direction to assigned warehouse staff. This position reports around 4:30-6pm in the evening and works an 8-12 hr/shift.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supervises the daily work and safety of employees engaged in order selection, product replenishment, order loading, including all warehouse functions, selectors, loaders and night forklift operators.
+ Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
+ Prepares work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed.
+ Administers the proper utilization of Company assets in support of the warehouse.
+ Coordinates required repairs with proper departments as necessary.
+ Review night warehouse functions and various warehouse productivity reporting. Suggests efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assists with implementation of changes within night warehouse.
+ Conducts shipping and loading audit daily ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed (including HAACP, food safety, and catch-weight documentation) and that material is handled and stored correctly with a minimum potential for loss.
+ Assist with monitoring sanitation and facility/racking damage to ensure a safe and clean warehouse.
+ Aid with the training of new associates, including cross-training of existing associates.
+ Preserves associate relations through regular department or pre-shift meetings.
+ Maintains on-going interaction.
+ Keeps open communication channels with associates by answering questions and explaining policies and procedures.
+ Monitors associate morale.
+ Submit and respond to ideas to improve associate engagement and enablement.
+ Interprets trains and consistently enforces Company policies and procedures.
+ Organizes efforts with the Safety department to aid in training, conducting associate observations, up-dating preferred work methods, conducting accident investigations to determine root causes and routine safety inspections.
+ Makes recommendations for disciplinary action and/or behavior modification where required.
+ Execute management functions of staff selection, development, discipline, performance reviews and/or terminations.
+ Performs the duties of employees supervised and other related duties as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
+ 2 or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
**Experience**
+ 1-3 years related experience and/or training.

The Non CDL Driver I is a delivery position responsible for driving a company vehicle limited to a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 14,900. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product.

Deliver product to each of the designated stops following the stop sequence provided for the day.
Unload product safely and stage product in the space(s) designated by customer.
Check invoice for complete delivery. Process paperwork and damaged merchandise if any.
Collect payments if necessary.
Monitor refrigeration system on the delivery vehicle on a consistent basis for safety; follow all safe food handling procedures.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections such as monitoring fluid levels, tires, windshield wash and replenishing fuel.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training:

Related Experience/Requirements:

Anticipate, analyze and troubleshoot problems with deliveries and devise cost-effective and legal solutions; direct managers on implementation. Interpret and ensure compliance with company, state, and federal DOT regulations.
- Ensure optimum delivery reliability to the customer by developing efficient and effective production flow processes and identifying process improvement and cost reduction strategies that are in line with business objectives.
- Identify and stop waste, and improve processes to complete work more safely and efficiently.
- Analyze daily performance measures; identify any weaknesses; and recommend changes to the VP Operations to ensure that productivity objectives are achieved.
- In union facilities, assist HR and the VP Operations in interpreting the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement, administering appropriate discipline, settling routine grievances and participating in arbitrations as required.

The Plant Quality Manager is a key leadership position within a manufacturing facility with accountability to establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) complaint with FDA Class 1 Medical Device and Consumer Product requirements and consistently capable of shipping product conforming to the Finished Product Specification (FPS) and other regulatory and customer requirements.
This role is key in building talent and quality system capabilities throughout the manufacturing facility aligned with K-C core values of putting quality into everything we do. This position reports to the Senior Quality Manager (staff) with a dotted line to the Warren Plant Manager. This position will manage a total staff of approximately 2-4 salary and 8-12 hourly employees.
In this role, you will:
Develop and deploy the facility quality plan ensuring alignment with the K-C North America Quality Objectives and Supply Chain Strategic Business Plan.
Ensure adequate resources are available and trained to implement the facility quality plan and required day-to-day activities.
Engage with and influence the facility management team and other stakeholders such as product development, logistics and suppliers to maintain a focused quality culture within the facility.
Provide mentorship and direction for quality professionals plant-wide. This includes, but is not limited to, providing strategic guidance and coaching to the system skill roles responsible for supporting plant quality systems and standards.

Ensure incoming materials meet raw material specifications with the authority to reject nonconforming raw materials. Communicate material issues and partners with suppliers to improve performance through the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) process as appropriate.
Ensure finished product shipped from the facility conforms to the Finished Product Specification (FPS) and is documented in a device history record where applicable. Has authority to hold nonconforming or potentially nonconforming product. Accountable to manage nonconforming product through the nonconforming material escalation procedures.
Ensure the on-line asset test equipment and product test laboratory equipment is calibrated and all personnel performing product testing or inspections are qualified.
Ensure internal audit plans are developed and deployed and builds capability for lead auditors across the site to conduct internal audits.
Ensure that processes are delivering on their intended outputs by selection and review of critical quality KPIs and run to target methodologies.
