This company consistently opts to lower its education requirements, choosing candidates based on political connections, nepotism, or personal friendships rather than merit. This approach fosters an exclusive environment for customers and contributes to a toxic company culture. The recruiting and HR teams lack professionalism; they frequently repurpose applicants' resumes to create job descriptions, undermining the quality of their hiring process. The standards for managerial positions are alarmingly low—how can anyone expect a person with merely a high school diploma to effectively lead a warehouse? It’s hard to believe that an 18-year-old could realistically manage an entire staff. This practice not only jeopardizes the company’s success but also diminishes the potential of its workforce.
none, too mediocre

I would not waste my time in an interview there, any warm body will get a job.
Mediocre company, mediocre product and undesirable compensation.
Demographics are underrepresented because the nepotism is an undersirable problem.
