Marketing Intern
Responsibilities:
As a marketing intern you should be interested in business, communications and/or marketing and have a strong desire to hone your writing skills, as well as your design and business skills. This position will report to the Marketing Director and will work with other staff members locally and nationally, as necessary, to support the work flow.
Some responsibilities include:
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign (Creative Suite) for various marketing initiatives
Collection of project content to create new project pages
Collection of employee content to create new staff resumes
Update existing marketing materials and presentations; help archive and maintain historical library
Assist with final preparation for marketing materials by proofreading and editing
Maintain the accuracy of local image library and corporate database
Perform periodic updates to the firm-wide marketing tools
Internship Requirements:
The ideal candidate will enjoy a team environment and also flexible enough to work independently where needed. Candidates for this role will be eager to learn and will expand their knowledge and hands on experience by challenging themselves and using the highly technical resources around them.
Additional job requirements:

Work with the contractor to minimize disruptions to the public.
Log and coordinate with designers to respond to contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
Prepare punch lists with the owner upon project completion.
Solve complex challenges relating to project schedules and budgets.
Oversee project personnel, timesheets, leave, and general team management.

This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office) and can be located in our Douglassville, PA or our Newark, NJ office.
The ERP Manager serves as the enterprise lead for ERP strategy, governance, and performance - overseeing Deltek Vantagepoint, Deltek Vision, Deltek Ajera, and future ERP platforms introduced through acquisitions. A major focus of this role is designing, improving, and maintaining integrations and interfaces between the ERP ecosystem and other enterprise systems, including HRIS, Contract Management Systems (CMS), PMIS, project archival systems, and Business Intelligence tools.
This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. The ERP Manager partners closely with business stakeholders to improve processes, expand automation, strengthen data integrity, and ensure that ERP capabilities align with organizational goals and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Strategy and Leadership
* Serve as the enterprise ERP lead, providing direction for Deltek Vantagepoint and related financial and project management systems.
* Assist in the development and lead the execution of the ERP roadmap to support organizational growth, acquisitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Partner with leaders in Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT to identify business needs, recommend solutions, and drive adoption of best practices.
* Oversee system governance, configuration standards, integration architecture, and documentation to maintain consistency and compliance across ERP environments.
* Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of ERP capabilities and integrations with business objectives.
* Lead and develop the ERP Analyst team, setting priorities, providing guidance, and fostering professional growth.
* Contribute to the annual IT budgeting process, including licensing, maintenance, integration, and enhancement costs.
* Define and track key ERP performance metrics and support audit, compliance, and cybersecurity initiatives.
System Management and Optimization
* Manage system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and vendor relationships for all ERP and related platforms.

Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration

* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategy into ERP functionality and system improvements.
Technical Abilities
* Strong knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint, Vision, and Ajera, including configuration, security, and data structures.
* Hands-on experience managing ERP integrations with HRIS, financial, CRM, and project management systems.
* Proficiency with SQL Server, data mapping, APIs, and workflow automation tools (SSIS, Power Automate, etc.).
* Understanding of financial and project accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, billing, T&E, project setup).
* Experience designing and troubleshooting ERP-to-enterprise system integrations, including API-based data flows and scheduled interfaces.
* Familiarity with cloud ERP environments, upgrades, and release management.
* Experience supporting ERP enhancements, module rollouts, and user adoption/training.
Qualifications

Architectural Lighting Designer
Job Responsibilities
As an architectural lighting designer you will support the lighting studio working towards our designs that are inspiring, demanding and highly collaborative. You will be responsible for providing trade-specific system design: layout, calculations (utilizing appropriate software), and coordination with the designs of other trades (architectural and engineering / internal and external). You will conduct field inspections to determine existing conditions and to coordinate new work.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Create designs from concept through construction administration under the direction of the senior designer(s),
* Support the design efforts of lighting systems for new installations, system retrofits, system replacement and system upgrades for a wide variety of projects and project types
* Learn drawing organization and company standards
* Take ownership of completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assignments
* Attend project meetings and coordinate lighting design efforts with clients and other project team members
* Attend continuing education seminars on technical or professional enhancing topics

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will enjoy a team environment and also flexible enough to work independently where needed. Candidates for this role will be eager to learn and will expand their knowledge and hands on experience by challenging themselves and using the highly technical resources around them.
Additional job requirements:
* Bachelor Degree from accredited university in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Engineering
* Minimum of 6 months to 2 years' of lighting design experience is required
* Proficiency in the latest versions of Auto CAD and Revit, is a must
* Basic working knowledge of AGI Calculation software, Photoshop, InDesign, and Sketch Up, is a must
* Passion for lighting design and learning, is a must
