Aptitude, Expertise, Team Work
• Learn and adapt to the ever changing hardware and software environments of payment systems and processing
• Work with various payment hardware devices and POS systems within the lab environment
• Read and understand business requirements and technical design documentation
• Provide assistance or suggestions to influence product design
• Work closely with a team to meet deadlines sharing in responsibilities and providing assistance
• Train production support staff and technicians on new products and features, system setup and configuration
• Provide detailed technical and support documentation

Integration Certification, QA Support
• Conduct integration certifications with 3rd party software integrators; understand implementation, tailor test suite accordingly, analyze test data, provide feedback
• Work closely with QA team providing testing support, integration details, technical support
• Assist on occasion with creating and executing thorough test plans, including positive and negative testing, functional testing, and regression tests
• Test efficiently with innovative tools and automation
• Work with QA team identifying testing gaps, proper coverage, and testing approach relative to complex integrations and system use cases
• Work with engineers on troubleshooting and identifying root causes of dev issues and production issues alike

System Integration and Partner Support
• Work with software integrators to certify integrations to our platforms

Experience with multiple and diverse technology environments and software solutions.Experience with API platform integration, API design, and complex system integrations including , Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, Zuora RevPro. Experience with an iPaaS integration platform like Workato, Snaplogic, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft etc. as well as familiarity with connectors/adapters.Experience with data lake/big data tools is preferred.Experience with designing, mapping and building requirements for integrations using systems like Salesforce and Netsuite. Experience working with cross functional teams in building integrations from scratch. Strong understanding of key integration touch points like Transactions (Opportunities, Orders, Invoices, Journals, Bills etc) , Master data (Customers, Products, Vendors) etc.

CACI is offering an exciting opportunity for academically accomplished, management and technically oriented individuals.

You will be part of the CACI's National Public Warning System (NPWS) contract teams that support the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) Division within the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), National Continuity Programs (NCP) Directorate.

As a team member, you will be working with a wide range of CACI technical and administrative personnel as well as multiple subcontractors. CACI's NPWS team consists of Program and Project Managers, Operation's Manager, Team Lead, Engineers, technicians and other Analysts.

What You'll Get to Do

You will be responsible for supporting the following activities: site modernization, system integration, configuration and operational testing functions related to shelter fabrication, installation, and field construction activities. Duties will include helping to identify and facilitating resolution of shelter issues during fabrication and acting as a liaison between technical and functional/admin areas within the project team. May support the Project and Program Managers in planning, tracking, and inspecting subcontractor activities. You will report to the Modernization Project Manager. Responsible for supporting multiple activities in executing of daily integration and business processes, equipment purchases/tracking.

More About The Role:

The NPWS Modernization Technician will support integration of communication equipment into resilient shelters:

* Requires extensive Information Technology (IT) networking skill and experience.
* Provide installation/configuration of broadcast audio equipment, PC-based editing/playback solutions, RF systems, satellite communication systems, fiber-optic transmitters/receivers, and studio mechanical-automation control.
* Be positioned to acknowledge, understand, and draft: Installation documentation, wiring schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
* Assist CACI Project Manager by overseeing the fabrication process and managing integration activities and associated schedules for modernization contracts.
* Work independently on occasion to establish and improve integration techniques, resource management and logistics.
* Provide oversight of and track the activities of CACI subcontractors as it relates to fabrication, site integration, construction, and other aspects of modernization.
* Track and monitor subcontractor project resources and logistics plans associated with integration.
* Review schedule timeline and sequence to ensure feasibility of fabrication and on-site integration schedules (must be logical and efficient).
* Influence others within the resource and logistics management area through explanation of facts, policies, and best practices.
* Maintain databases of project parts, equipment, and materials for access by Project Manager.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting.
* Attend meetings on-line and in-person at CACI and FEMA locations.
* Perform mid to low-level, equipment-specific programming.
* Analyze equipment problems to determine best solution.
* Support inventory control processes that include equipment receipt, Bill-of-Materials verification, and serial number tracking.
* Support the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
* Provide support at all levels of total system product which include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
* Support functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software
* Other construction related duties as requested.
* Initiate and maintain the processes, systems, procedures, records, and methodologies necessary for effective and efficient control of Government property.
* Supervise the acquisition, receipt, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and Government-Furnished Property (GFP).
* Maintain effective control and accountability for all contract GFP.

You'll Bring These Qualifications

* 3+ yrs. related technical experience
* Experience with preparing reports related to research, analyses and statistics.
* Ability to train staff on policy and procedures as it relates to compliant execution of the contract.
* Coordinate equipment purchases and resource allocation with subcontractors while maintaining positive vendor relationships
* Extensive experience providing administrative support to corporate and/or federal government agencies.
* Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

* Previous admin and asset management work experience, leadership and teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or certification.
