This role reports to the Reliability and Performance Manager and is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and improvement of plant systems and processes. Key Responsibilities
+ Complete rotations through operations, maintenance, and material handling to gain a thorough understanding of plant systems and processes.
+ Identify and resolve abnormal equipment conditions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
+ Provide technical support and recommendations to Operations and Maintenance for procedures, repairs, and projects.
+ Assist in project development, vendor evaluation, and proposal review for materials and installation.

+ Participate in reliability and performance improvement programs, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.

+ Work with the Reliability and Performance team to implement predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies.
+ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
+ Maintain work order backlogs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Participate in Management of Change reviews and process enhancements.
+ Research, recommend, and implement new technologies or methods for improved monitoring and maintenance.
+ Generate and manage work orders and purchase requisitions as needed.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a power plant or heavy industrial environment.
+ Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mechanical systems.
+ Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and performance trends.
+ Experience with project management and contractor coordination.
+ Working knowledge of software applications such as OSIsoft PI, AutoCAD, Maximo, Emerson Ovation, TapRoot, or similar tools.
+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Fast-paced manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work in their assembly department. As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will report to the Engineering Lead and will be responsible for the following tasks:
Support an assigned area of the plant related to safety, quality, continuous improvement and troubleshooting
Identify and drive continuous improvement projects based on metrics related to scrap reductions and efficiency improvements, resulting in measurable cost savings
Assist technical support with equipment issues, with a "willing to get your hands dirty" mentality
Perform mechanical troubleshooting, including pneumatics, actuators, cameras, vision systems, leak testers, motors, gears, conveyors etc.
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, robotics, etc.
Support other areas of engineering, including industrial engineering, product engineering, launch engineering and quality engineering
Support quality engineering with root cause analysis within the assigned area, including supplying information for 5WHY activity
Update FMEAs and work instructions as needed
Utilize 2D and 3D modeling for creating tooling, fixtures and jigs to support production
Complete engineering documentation as needed
Oversee multiple (3-4) engineering projects at a time

Primary Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Gift Acknowledgment
Accurately process all gifts in RE NXT, following coding guidelines for reporting.
Produce, manage, and mail acknowledgment letters and tribute cards.

Enter pledges and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
Maintain batch filing system and provide backup support during annual audit.

As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering department, you will be responsible for facilitating the transition of new products from design through manufacturing, as well as developing and implementing process improvements across the facility. This role is predominantly focused on the Jackson facility of Young Touchstone and reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Leader of the business.
What do we want to know about you?
BS Engineering or higher from an accredited university, prefer Mechanical.
3-5 years of prior Mechanical Engineering experience in a heavy manufacturing environment preferred
Experience in developing equipment including fin machines, bar/clad plate processing, cleaning, build table, vacuum brazing, preferred.
Significant experience in developing Aluminum heat exchanger manufacturing processes is desired, ideally a minimum of 3-5 years.
Heat Exchanger performance/life cycle testing AND failure analysis a large plus.

Title: Process Engineer Hours: Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm (onsite 5 days a week) Degree: - BS degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Food Engineering, or related field required Experience/"Must Haves": - 2-5 plus yrs. exp. in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or continuous improvement roles (food or CPG preferred).
- Must have experience in the Food, Flavor, Ingredients or fragrance industry otherwise won't be considered.
- Must have exp. building out processes.(i.e. R&D creates a product and how would they scale the product now)
- Exp. leading or supporting process improvement initiatives and troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, equipment functionality, and process control
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or related continuous improvement methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of process improvement strategies to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve product consistency
- Collaborate with Operations to troubleshoot production challenges, equipment issues, and hard-to-run products.
- Conduct root-cause analyses (RCA), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and support long-term process stability
- R esponsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and supporting safe, high-quality operations across the plant
- This role provides technical expertise to troubleshoot equipment challenges, enhance process capability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification through full implementation
- Partners closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to ensure that all processes meet safety, regulatory, and customer requirements
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and update process documentation, including SOPs, process flow diagrams, control plans, and operating parameters.
- Partner with R&D to support pilot trials, scale-ups, and commercialization activities for new or improved products.
- Work with Quality to ensure all processes comply with regulatory, food safety, and customer specifications
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, OEE, and data-driven methodologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform time studies, capability analyses, and process mapping to evaluate performance and drive optimization.
- Support training and development of production staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment
- Assist Maintenance in improving equipment reliability and supporting preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead or support capital projects, process upgrades, automation enhancements, and equipment installations
