You'll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.

Base hourly pay is $22/hour, our average Field Marketing Associate makes $60,000 a year including commission pay based on meeting or exceeding targets.

Job Responsibilities:
Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport

Qualifications and Education:

We're hiring for an early Forward Deployed Engineer to help Tempo's partners move money on-chain. Experience building proxy and aggregation layers that integrate multiple backend services into unified APIs.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, feature flag systems, and A/B testing infrastructure.
Experience and aptitude for collaborating and communicating with internal stakeholders across product, design, client platform engineering, and data science teams.
Understanding of video streaming product ecosystems and the unique challenges of building APIs for multi-platform applications (web, mobile, TV).
Expertise in either product-facing API development or machine learning systems and model serving infrastructure.
