Governance & Operational Readiness * Align platform services with risk, compliance, FinOps, and audit frameworks (e.g., NIST, FFIEC, ISO). * Partner with SRE and operations to define SLAs/SLOs, incident readiness, and lifecycle deprecation plans. * Ensure proper access controls, cost attribution, usage metering, and service ownership are in place. Functions and Responsibilities * Identify, provide valuable insights and present to management pricing and related revenue opportunities across the Inhabit business; * Work closely with business/divisional leaders, sales, FP&A, BI, and corporate management functions to develop a framework and output to that is effective in illustrating actionable one- time and recurring pricing opportunities; * Monitor current list pricing are timely and appropriately adjusted to align with GTM strategy, market and competitor benchmarks; * Work closely with sales and business leaders to develop pricing proposals for large/strategic customer targets; * Assist in identifying existing limitations to price increase implementation and execution and collaborate with appropriate functional teams to assess ability to resolve (e.g., contract limitations, billing constraints, etc.); * Work closely with FP&A to quantify and incorporate the impact of pricing changes into budgets/forecasts; * Support senior management with special pricing initiatives and projects on an as-needed basis.

Essential Duties: · Strategic Pricing & Analysis · Develops and adjusts pricing recommendations based on real-time market trends using the LRO system. · Monitors and interprets competitive rent data and economic trends to ensure optimized pricing strategies. · Analyzes performance data to assess the impact of pricing actions and forecast future performance. · Lead a weekly pricing call for every region. · Lead a monthly renewal call for every region to include setting up pricing parameters and generating and reviewing upcoming offers. · Quarterly comp reviews, including evaluation of the setup of positioning and weights within LRO. Cross-Departmental Collaboration · Acts as the primary liaison between Asset Management, Operations, and Property Management to align on pricing strategies. · Educates internal stakeholders on pricing strategy, revenue tools, and implementation guidelines. · Travels to properties as needed to support local pricing reviews and execution.
