Key Responsibility:
Support efficient operation of a material handling distribution system. Work with a team of Warehouse Management Technician and Controller to diagnose and troubleshoot the stakeholders distribution process. Perform all preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency service repairs and physical condition assessments to the Robots, Grid, Roller and Conveyor.
Core Responsibility:
Provide scheduled preventive maintenance services, corrective maintenance, cleaning and inspections to:
Grid Area: Grid, Guardrail, Robot Fence, Fence Column, cover plate, Service Wall, Emergency Stop Check, and Grid Door Check

Robot Charger
InterRoller Drive
Conveyer system: Timing Belts, O-bands, Poly-v Belts,Carrier Rollers, Drive Roller, Wheels/Idlers/Cam Roller (Items with Bearings), and Photo EyesandSensors
Assist with start-up services on the Warehouse System product as required, working closely with the assigned Installation Specialists
Report product quality issues to assigned management
Request spare parts orders to maintain inventory stocking levels
Assist with with parts orders, consumables, repair and return of defective parts, and requests for information pertaining to the systems
Advise management of any problems or opportunities that arise within their area of responsibility
Ensure that required paperwork is completed for all preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency service repairs and physical condition assessment of the system
General housekeeping tasks in the Warehouse area
Assist with other maintenance activities as needed

Attend required training programs to keep current on system update

Qualifications:
Vocational school or job experience equivalent for repairs to mechanical systems. Associate degree from a Technical or Vocational School is a plus.
1-3 years field service experience with mechanical products. Warehouse system maintenance and working in a mission-critical environment is a plus.
Ability to read blue prints, schematics and wiring diagrams to extract necessary technical information
Basic computer skills
Able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance

Our client who supports The Maryland State Public School system is looking for strong Jr. PC Technicians.
They are looking for someone who can work from late July til late August.
The team will be un boxing and re boxing lab tops and computers after they ghost them.
The position need someone will to work full 8 hour days and that can pass a background and get finger printed.
