Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Tech III to support a mission-critical data center environment in Abilene, TX. This role requires a strong technical foundation in networking, extensive hands-on data center hardware experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced 24/7 operational setting. You will be responsible for implementing network changes, installing and troubleshooting data center equipment, and maintaining structured cabling and infrastructure integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Implement network changes and support ongoing data center network operations
Install and remove network hardware, servers, and related equipment in data center racks
Mount servers, secure equipment, connect Ethernet/power cables, and neatly route cables per provided schematics
Troubleshoot network hardware issues without impacting adjacent infrastructure
Perform structured cabling (copper/fiber) installations and cable testing
Maintain accurate asset inventory and update internal tracking systems
Support data center infrastructure projects and operational tasks
Work rotating 8-12 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Experience & Skills
6+ years of experience in data center operations or related technical roles
Strong foundational networking knowledge, including:
Routing protocols
Layer 2 protocols such as ARP, ICMP
Experience installing and managing network racks, servers, cabling, and power systems
Hands-on expertise with structured cabling (copper and fiber) and cable testing
Ability to work safely and effectively around critical data center infrastructure
Ability to perform physical hands-on work in racks and raised-floor environments
Experience with data center infrastructure project work
Ability to work in a 24/7/365 rotating shift environment
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA certification strongly preferred

Job Summary
The Senior Administrator, Clinics is responsible for overseeing the business management and operations of physician practices within a defined local market and region, which may include multiple states. Job Description
Lead the turbomachinery systems business from Inquiry to Order and field services for dry gas seal support systems, both technically and commercially. Support global business development activities by assisting the sales organization and customers, with a special focus on the Americas region (North America, Canada, and Latin America).
Responsible for leading the Turbomachinery Systems Team within the Sales & Aftermarket organization for the Americas region, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing regional market dynamics. The role focuses on driving regional growth and delivering customer-centric solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This is a customer-facing role, responsible for managing and executing day-to-day activities related to bidding and application engineering, including the selection of sub-components during the bidding process. The position requires close coordination with other functional departments such as Global Supply Chain, Global Engineering, Global Production, and the Product Line.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Establish guidelines and routines for direct reports; supervise and coach the team through constructive feedback, ensuring high performance and business results. Manage, plan, and schedule opportunities using business systems, aligning with available team capacity.
* Administer and interpret organizational policies and procedures. Champion continuous improvement and standardization of processes, procedures, formats, and tools.
* Foster collaboration with cross-functional departments and business managers to drive growth.
* Lead and support special or strategic projects, contribute to global standardization initiatives and new product development efforts.
* Provide technical support and solutions for team members attending field service, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training as required.

* Support sales in converting leads into opportunities by assigning the team for site surveys, requirement analysis, and tailored technical/business presentations.
* Deliver sales and technical presentations (including on-site training) to support existing business and identify new opportunities.
* Assist sales and aftermarket teams in developing commercial bids and providing technical advice; create and manage detailed technical and commercial proposals for major projects.
* Act as liaison between customers and internal functions (engineering, supply chain, production, product line) to deliver engineered solutions meeting technical and commercial requirements.
* Develop training and marketing materials for customers and internal stakeholders; support targeted marketing initiatives and overall business development.
* Serve as Voice of the Customer (VoC) for product line departments; support global initiatives, strategies, and new product development.
* Ensure customer queries and feedback are addressed promptly, maintain strong relationships with customers, and deliver timely after-sales service and technical support at the regional level.
* Lead and guide the team in responding to breakdowns and performing service activities to exceed customer expectations.
* Attend field service jobs and site visits (onshore/offshore), which may extend up to 1-3 weeks per visit if needed to support or train the team (not a core function but may be required based on criticality).
* Drive pre-order engineering/FEED and post-order detailed engineering projects as assigned or when needed.
* Review customer technical/project specifications and validate technical reports before submission.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education/Training:
* University Degree in Instrumentation /Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or similar field
Experience:
* Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in Rotating Equipment Auxiliary Systems.
* Rotating Equipment experience is a must.
* Hands-on experience in Field Services.
* Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
* Strong technical sales, bid management experience; Strong application engineering experience
Knowledge/Skills:
* Strong Commercial and Technical Skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Sound technical knowledge in the field of instrumentation and fluid systems.
* Familiar with international standards like API, ISO, ASME, NACE, ISA and other common industrial standards.
* Familiar with major End User specifications & requirements.
* Familiar with process simulation software like Hysis or Chemcad is an added advantage.
