We are seeking a Linux System Administrator to join our team in Herndon, VA. In this role, you'll support mission partners directly, making a tangible impact on critical objectives. You'll collaborate with AI/ML researchers, software engineers, and cybersecurity teams to leverage open-source tools in building and maintaining a private cloud and AI/ML infrastructure. Our customers bring no shortage of unique and challenging problems, and we are expanding our system footprint to meet their evolving needs. Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to hardware and software outages across the platform. Maintain infrastructure supporting Data Science and Analysis R&D activities. Assist platform tenants and users with troubleshooting and requests. Implement cybersecurity remediations in collaboration with security teams. Upgrade, deploy, and integrate applications on the platform. Add and configure new hardware within multiple compute clusters. Review, update, and improve existing procedures and documentation. Ensure platform compliance with customer policies and organizational standards, while advocating for Data Science and Analysis needs in the face of cybersecurity requirements. Minimum Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI and ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
