The Administrator will have the opportunity to become well-acquainted with this role as the surgery center continues to grow and succeed.
It is majority owned by surgeons but has the support of larger company that helps with billing, back-end office and educational resources.
The center receives abundant financial support from the board, providing the ASC Administrator with the autonomy to determine suitable scheduling, staffing, and educational initiatives for successful operations.
The company has an experienced seasoned Administrator that is there to support this role. Is able to teach the regulations and relevant financial knowledge.
Responsibilities: Oversee operating budget and policy procedures. Collaborate on quality imp, risk management, infection control with the Director of Nursing. Analyzes and advises on market trends that may impact clinical and financial performance and reviews all purchases.
