JOB SUMMARY The PCC Systems Administrator plays a central role in driving key initiatives related to the PointClickCare EHR within Pinnacle Senior Living communities. Coordinate and validate software updates, patches, and new module implementations in collaboration with PCC and IT teams. Maintain data integrity through regular audits, error resolution, and workflow validation. Partner with compliance and QA teams to ensure system configurations and documentation align with state and federal regulations. Maintain a configuration and change management log to document system changes and the rationale behind them. Starting wage: DOE, $29.73 - $35.38/ Hourly The Systems Administrator monitors, deploys, implements, and maintains the County's Infrastructure Systems. This includes managing servers, storage, backups, and the virtualized computing environments. Additionally, this role maintains the security of the environment by following established processes and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
