Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will:
Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of multiple Salesforce instances that support core business processes in the mortgage/reverse mortgage space.
Partner with developers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, validate, and deliver Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
Own user management: create and maintain users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules while ensuring data integrity and adherence to security and compliance standards.
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide clear visibility into pipeline, performance, and operational KPIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues (configuration, data, security, performance) and coordinate with development teams when needed.
Support and coach end users by providing training, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and effective usage of Salesforce.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating which features to adopt and driving implementation where appropriate.
Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing, audit, and compliance.
Collaborate on data integration and quality efforts with teams using tools like APIs, ETL solutions, and other integration platforms.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including at least 2+ years in a senior/lead capacity.
Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, sharing rules, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with:
Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Flows and declarative automation
Salesforce APIs and data integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP integrations, ETL tools, or integration middleware)
Experience working in agile environments (sprints, backlogs, user stories, rapid prototyping).

Compensation & Work Modality
Type: Contract-to-Hire through Robert Half Technology.
Target FTE Equivalent Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 base (depending on experience and interview performance).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the health and general availability of key IT systems and devices (phones, backups, laptops, network services and administration,
Troubleshoot and report to senior management on any user or system issues or concerns and work to correct as needed. Communicate with key vendors as needed to manage updates and resolve critical issues.
Communicate with key vendors on open cases, trouble tickets, system access, and other requirements as needed and to support continuous and uninterrupted credit union operations.
Monitor, maintain and report on system performance for the credit union's core system to the Network Manager/VP of IT as needed.
Cross train other IT staff on key job functions continuously to ensure adequate staff coverage.
Write and maintain procedures related to key areas of responsibility including all systems under management and control.
Implement configuration updates related to new security and/or features/options across systems under area of responsibility, including core system.
Execute the daily writing, combining, archiving, and verification of credit union files saved to the Onbase document management system.
Work with Systems Admin and Network Manager to maintain proper backup and disaster recovery requirements related to key IT systems.
Provide backup and daily support to other IT staff as needed/requested once properly cross trained.
Provide Information Systems Help Desk support to Credit Union staff by responding to and resolving inquiries regarding core system, workstations, peripherals and other assigned network administrative issues.
Coordinate ticket handling/assignment/closing for Tikit (IT help request system).
Prepare for as needed and participate in team meetings/product discussions/demos/troubleshooting sessions, document outcomes, provide feedback, and track and update on resulting responsibilities/initiatives.

Requirements
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an IT administrative discipline plus three years of related IT experience. High school diploma, related IT certifications, and four years IT related work experience may be substituted for the degree.
Solid understanding of workstation/laptop hardware and operating systems software (including but not limited to Windows and Mac Operating Systems).
Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships are essential.
Experience with IBM AIX operating system and/or SMA OpCon job scheduling software a plus, but not required.
Will be required to work some evenings or weekends.
The ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds in weight.
