Primary Functions: Provide identification and short-term resolution for hardware, software, and LAN problems. Report Tech Rep external network issues to NMCI. Provide end-user orientation and refresher training for hardware and software packages. Inspect, install, test, configure, and maintain new hardware and software packages for Tech Rep office.
