An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for a Layout Support Engineer II to join our semiconductor foundry services team within the RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department.
As a Layout Engineer you will be responsible for creating layouts to the specifications of the engineering team, and to perform design checks and physical verification on RF Integrated Circuits (RFIC) and Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMIC) using the Cadence Virtuoso Tool Suite. You will also be responsible for preparing designs for photomask order and delivery into Raytheon's III-V Semiconductor Fab, while constantly communicating with the design and production teams.
This role requires onsite presence, based in Andover, MA
What You Will Do:
Provide layout support to MMIC/RFIC Design Team
Verification using Design Rule Checking (DRC) and Layout Versus Schematic (LVS)

Qualifications You Must Have:

Summary of Job Functions
* Answer user inquiries via Phone, Email, Tickets or in person regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems in accordance with agreed upon SLA's
* Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software
* Manage hardware/software/license acquisition and renewal process for all company assets
* Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications

* Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures for all processes required to maintain the user environment covering laptop build, user creation and all system installations

Minimum Requirements
* 3+ years of experience with 1st line technical support and managing user requests

The IT Global Support Administrator is responsible for providing technical support of desktop/laptops and mobiles devices, applications, and related technology in the Miami office and remote technical assistance to affiliated offices. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for organizing the facilities hardware infrastructure.
The installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop/laptops computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
Works with Network, Sysadmin, InfoSec and Projects teams as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients.

* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
