Ensure server logs are managed according to SOP and are provided to the ISSM (Information Systems Security Manager) upon request. Perform preventative maintenance and server patching after core business hours if necessary. Provide engineering consulting and compliance management. Prepare and present training information to the technical staff and user personnel. Maintain data integrity including virus checking. Ensure maximum availability and performance of systems given available resources. Participate in Change Management Control process and Requests for Change submissions. Administer system security tools to include ACAS, SCAP and Radix. Ensure configuration compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) using existing tools such as Radix or Eval-STIG. Ensure STIG checklists and associated artifacts for all technologies are reviewed, and validation results are posted. Assist with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of various technologies in various technology areas including virtual server and desktop Infrastructure, web hosting and application support, printer and multifunction devices, domain services, enterprise infrastructure, data backup, endpoint security, and enterprise operations/monitoring. Qualifications BA or BS Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of overall applicable experience highly preferred. Minimum requirement is HS Diploma with 7+ years of overall applicable experience. Interim Secret is allowed until full Secret clearance.
