Identify skill gaps and recommend training improvements to continuously raise system proficiency and effectiveness. Support change management efforts by preparing users for system updates, new functionality, and process improvements. Measure training effectiveness and continuously refine content to improve outcomes and adoption. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business systems support, IT support, or technical training. Demonstrated experience delivering end-user training, facilitating workshops, and supporting onboarding for new and existing employees. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining structured training curricula, learning paths, and documented learning modules. Experience creating and managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar training platforms (e.g., course creation, updates, tracking completion). Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training materials for diverse audiences. Experience developing user guides, job aids, knowledge bases, and self-service learning resources. Hands-on experience with CMiC highly preferred. Experience troubleshooting ERP systems, business applications, and integrations. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting and training cross-functional groups. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook; Power BI is a plus). Service Desk Technical Support (Secondary Focus) · Provide first level technical support to Odevo US end-users via the Service Desk, ensuring timely and professional resolution of incidents and service requests. · Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning, access setup, and equipment recovery. · Troubleshoot issues related to end-user hardware, operating systems, productivity tools, and SaaS applications. · Document resolutions, procedures, and knowledge articles to support consistent service delivery. · Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT subject matter experts while maintaining ownership and communication. · Support Service Desk coverage during peak times, absences, or high-volume periods.
