**What You Will Do**
- JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce SystemsAdministrator to support the ongoing management, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. Working under general supervision and in close partnership with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT-you will help translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, assist with reporting and automation initiatives, and support change management efforts.This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. - WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serve as a member of the Salesforce administration team, supporting the management of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and other Salesforce products in an integrated environment (SAP, PowerBI etc.)
Manage user account setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and license allocations to ensure appropriate access and compliance.
Support the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports and sandbox environment management.
Responsible for administration and setup of key internal promotions, buydowns, and other customer-facing programs.
Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using standard Salesforce reporting and CRMA to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) of system fixes and enhancements.
Partner with business analysts, Sales stakeholders, and IT to gather requirements, propose scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure alignment between technical functionality and business needs with a focus on exceptional user experience.
Identify where enhancement opportunities exist by leveraging unused or underutilized platform features.
Partner with sales systems leadership and stakeholders to create a platform roadmap and define priorities.
Monitor user activity to make recommendations on continuous improvement to strengthen user adoption.
Maintain data quality through proactive monitoring, regular audits, and deduplication efforts, implementing rules and automation as needed.
Partner with Data Governance teams to ensure adherence to data quality and lineage best practices.
Ensure the platform complies with internal data governance policies and external regulations by managing field-level security, audit logs, and data visibility settings.
Proactively monitor platform performance, identify issues, and resolve technical problems to ensure system stability and reliability.
Support the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
Support development of training materials, running user training sessions, and providing ongoing support to promote adoption and effective use of the Salesforce platform.
Monitor and respond timely to user support tickets.
Contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Stay updated on new Salesforce features and best practices.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or related field of study and 3+ years related work experience.
Related work experience to include:
3-5 years of relevant, hands-on Salesforce administration experience, specific to Sales Cloud and/or Consumer Goods Cloud
Implementation of Salesforce configuration changes
Must be 21 years of age or older

The Contract Administrator must ensure that pricing terms have been submitted and received approval from the MCRC or its designee if required. The document must be updated to reflect MCRC pricing terms and, in coordination with the Managed Care Representative, be consistent with negotiated terms submitted on the Contract Term checklist. If specific terms are outliers with Labcorp standard policies or practices, necessary approvals must be provided by the Managed Care Representative and filed into the contract management system.
Agreements requiring Law Department approval shall be forwarded to the Law Department after the Contract Administrator reviews and redlines proposed changes to the documents. Once reviewed for changes and financial approval, the responsible attorney shall identify the contract as approved through contract management system or by communicating in writing that the version of the agreement has been reviewed and approved. An agreement may be approved provided certain changes/corrections are made. It is the responsibility of the Contract Administrator to ensure that the changes/corrections are made prior to document execution. The Contract Administrator shall be responsible for ensuring that the contract is signed by an authorized representative of Labcorp and for ensuring that a fully executed original is returned. If the agreement is not approved, then the Contract Administrator must work with the Managed Care Representative to explain key issues for discussion with the client.
All managed care documents must be maintained in a way they can be produced upon limited notice. Upon execution, all agreements and supporting documentation including but not limited to correspondence concerning negotiations, necessary approvals of Senior Management, MCRC and the Law Department must be kept and maintained by the appropriate contract administrator within the contract management system record. The Managed Care Contract Terms Worksheet must be updated with the final terms and pricing.
To ensure that all requirements of the Managed Care Agreements are met, the Contract Administrator may assist Managed Care Reps to perform required tasks such as PSC and financial reporting.
