PLM Implementation & Systems Integration Serve as the primary coordinator for the new PLM system implementation, replacing Omnify. Work with Engineering and IT to define workflows for change management, revision control, and document release. Support data migration of part records, BOMs, and associated documents. Ensure synchronization between PLM and Microsoft Business Central to maintain consistency across systems. Train and support users on new PLM tools and processes after deployment. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements for MRP accuracy, data integrity, and planning efficiency. Support initiatives to improve communication between Engineering and Operations through better system integration. Document and maintain standard operating procedures related to planning and change control. Qualifications and Essential Skills: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in materials planning, MRP execution, or production control in a manufacturing environment. Title: Technical Systems Analyst Duration: 12+ month contract with possibility of extensions This analyst will act as Tier 2 IT support responsible for supporting both homegrown and COTS/SAAS applications. They are responsible for handling incidents and requests that have been and help support administrative functions. About the Role The Executive Office of Economic Development is seeking a hands-on System Administrator Contractor to support the upgrade and migration of approximately six legacy SQL Server and Windows Server environments hosted on AWS EC2. This role is ideal for a system administrator who is technically capable, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of work with guidance from senior staff. The contractor will work closely with the EOED CISO, development leads, and EOTSS partners to plan and execute migrations from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2019/2022 and corresponding Windows Server upgrades. Key Objectives * Successfully complete six SQL Server and OS upgrades (development and production) within the contract period. * Ensure migrations are secure, tested, documented, and support business continuity. * Coordinate effectively across EOED IT, development teams, and EOTSS stakeholders.
