The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Systems support team in Melbourne, FL. Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Monitor and report HPC system health/metrics. Identify performance bottlenecks. Modify system wide parameters to improve performance and evaluate the effects of those changes. Manage HPC system life cycle: concept, design, installation, test, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Assist software developers and engineers in installing, debugging, and optimizing their software in the HPC environment. Support technical users running analysis on HPC systems Collaborate with Security and follow guidelines to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies. Scans, patches, and hardens the computing environment to meet customer requirements. Collects, audits, and stores necessary log data for the system.
