Qualifications Associate's in CS/IT preferred (Bachelor's a plus) and 2-5 years enterprise networking or equivalent work experience. 3+ years hands-on experience supporting enterprise networks and telecom infrastructure. Strong command of L2/L3 protocols, VoIP, and hardware/software troubleshooting across AI-integrated environments. The Systems Administrator is assigned tasks related to configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the City's server assets and cloud-based systems.
