Position Assignment: F-35 SystemsAdministrator located in Jyvaskyla, Finland, in support of training operations benefiting the Finnish Air Force.
The SystemAdministrator will support the sustainment, maintenance, and operation of F-35 training system devices, with a long-term deployment to Jyvaskyla, Finland.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting computer applications, as well as setting up and monitoring training computer networks. They will perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, and training tasks to ensure the training computer network meets system requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill F-35 training objectives and will have experience working in an environment that requires interaction with multiple functional areas and personnel with different backgrounds and expertise.
Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
• Interacting daily with users and ALIS/LM leadership.
• System/database/software/firewall/account maintenance and monitoring.
• Maintaining smooth, secure operation of multi-user computer systems through coordination with peers, Tier2 and engineers.
• Laptop re-image, troubleshooting, account maintenance.
• Regular monitoring of systems/applications for availability and performance.
• Training ALIS Administrators and users on the ALIS system as needed.
•Scheduling and leading installations, modifications, and maintenance of training systems.
•Supporting and coordinating verification and validation of installations and modifications to systems.
•Acquiring and submitting metrics for review, documenting system anomalies, and submitting relevant data to appropriate organizations for analysis and resolution.
•Collaborating with other organizations to improve operational performance and configuring systems to operate within approved guidelines.
•Interfacing directly with customers and personnel to resolve "break/fix" issues, establish approved access to resources, and ensure system services are available to support daily academic operations.
•Ensuring compliance with all approved procedures and guidelines, and supporting respective audits.
This is not a telecommute position.
The selected applicant may be required to work at deployed locations, work rotating shifts, and work in excess of 40 hours per week. Relocation: Relocation and housing assistance are available.

Basic Qualifications
• Candidate must have an active Secret clearance or higher with final clearance adjudication within the last six years and be able to qualify and hold a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
• Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA).
• 3-5 Years IT experience of any combination in system/database/network/mission planning- administration.

The position of IT Systems & ERP Administrator is to support and enhance our technology platforms at a metal distribution company based in Orlando. This role will play a key part in developing internal applications, integrations, and reporting solutions, with a strong focus on the NetSuite ERP system. IT Systems & ERP Administrator Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting business operations, including inventory, purchasing, sales, logistics, and finance
Customize, configure, and support the NetSuite ERP platform (SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, roles, and permissions)
Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., EDI partners, shipping systems, CRM, BI tools)
Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and data issues across the ERP and related platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and user guides
Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboards to improve visibility into operational and financial performance
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features
Ensure system security, performance, and scalability
Provide support for standard business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, line-of-business applications).
Assist with software installations, upgrades, licensing, and troubleshooting
Work with application owners and vendors to resolve technical issues
Support basic scripting or automation tasks as needed
Provide technical support for software-related issues
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Follow IT best practices for security, compliance, and change management.
IT Systems & ERP Administrator Qualification Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or ERP-focused developer
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, workflows, and saved searches
Strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, or Java)
Experience working with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and system integrations
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
Familiarity with EDI, inventory management, and warehouse operations
Experience with reporting/BI tools and data visualization
NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or Developer)
