Position Overview
Our partner is seeking a people-oriented, early-career IT professional (0-5 years) with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. You will partner closely with the internal team and serve as the liaison between our partner and its Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role ensures systems, licenses, onboarding processes, and vendors operate seamlessly while strengthening internal knowledge and the firm's technology foundation as it scales.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary internal IT contact for staff across the organization.
Partner with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to troubleshoot issues, oversee ticket flow, and coordinate support.
Facilitate technology onboarding for new hires, including system access, hardware coordination, and setup (15+ onboardings recently).
Maintain and track software licenses, renewals, and IT contracts.
Support and manage our partner's CRM and key technology platforms, many of which are MSP-managed.
Ensure the IT checklist and internal documentation are accurate and up to date.
Assist with vendor management, ensuring systems and services meet organizational needs.
Participate in knowledge management by organizing and documenting IT processes.
Assist with training related to new systems, including Litify (training provided).
Support periodic travel for training or team needs.
Contribute to the ongoing modernization and scaling of internal technology systems.

Under the direction of the Information Systems and Security (ISS) Manager the System Administrator is responsible for complex technical and analytical work related to updates, maintenance, etc. of the Benton Franklin Health District (BFHD) Core Systems and related peripheral systems, applications, network, and databases. The System Administrator collaborates closely with peers and the ISS Manager as well as throughout the organization to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Anticipates, mitigates, identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves hardware and software problems on servers, network, input/output fleet and workstations. Escalates incidents as necessary.
Practices network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.

Additional Requirements:
Performance of job duties requires driving on a regular basis, a valid Washington State driver's license, the use of the incumbent's personal motor vehicle when a District fleet vehicle is not available for use, and proof of appropriate auto insurance.
This position requires occasional work on weekends, evenings, and holidays to maintain laboratory operations. A valid driver's license is only required where driving or vehicle operation is an essential part of the job.

The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide General Support Services Contractor (GSSC) assistance to support DOE Hanford [which consists of Richland Operations Office (RL), and Office of River Protection (ORP)] in support of the Govt's operations, personnel management, and general administration of regional operations at the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington. ProSidian Consulting's work includes supporting DOE requirements for consulting support, acquisition support, program/project management support, operational/administrative business support, and environmental consulting support. It is also ProSidian's duty to protect all classified information, special nuclear material, and other DOE property and work in accordance with DOE security regulations and requirements to maintain responsibility for protecting all classified information and all classified matter (including documents, material and special nuclear material) which are in every Engagement Team Member's possession and in connection with the performance of work under this contract against sabotage, espionage, loss or theft.
AMSE iCAS Implementation Support Candidates shall work to support requirements as a AMSE Integrated Contractor Assurance System Implementation Support Specialist and provide expert-level Contractor Assurance System support to the Assistant Manager for Safety and Environment (AMSE) focusing on development and organizational implementation of the Integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS).
ProSidian AMSE iCAS Implementation Support Specialist shall provide AMSE with support in the following areas:
Facilitating the development and implementation of a structured approach for ensuring that the iCAS project is thoroughly and smoothly implemented within the organization, and that the benefits of the change are achieved. This scope includes the development and implementation of a change management plan, a change communications plan, and associated project implementation schedule inputs.
Assist with the development and implementation of iCAS processes architecture, procedures development, Devon Way application workflow configuration, testing and production support. This scope includes the development and implementation of a comprehensive training plan and schedule, including briefings to DOE and contractor management and staff.
Assist with the development of business intelligence information (e.g., iCAS information, key performance indicators, metrics and targets to assess risk, compliance and the effectiveness of performance.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
The AMSE iCAS Implementation Support Specialist shall possess the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study
10 years of relevant experience at a DOE cleanup or waste disposal site. Experience at Hanford is preferred.
Experience implementing DOE O 226.1 based contractor assurance systems and associated business enterprise software applications. Experience with DevonWay products and OPEXShare, or HILLS is preferred.
Ability to effectively support implementation of a site wide integrated business enterprise suite (iCAS) at the Richland Operations Office (RL) and the Office of River Protection (ORP), including the future prime contract procurements to continue work that is currently being performed under the Mission Support Contract, Plateau Remediation Contract, Tank Operations Contract, Occupational Medical Services Contract and the 222-S Laboratory Contract.
Ability to support the development of integrated site wide assurance system business intelligence information such as key performance indicators, measures and targets designed to monitor or assess the effectiveness of performance to identify and respond to mission risks.
Experience and ability to develop and independently present contractor assurance system related training material and briefings to all levels of DOE and contractor organizations.
Well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Six Sigma certification preferred.
Ability to implement change management principles necessary to establish the commitments and expectations for implementation of change; what users of the integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) can expect, today and in the future; and approaches to mitigate the impacts (actual and potential) for implementation of the integrated Contractor Assurance System on the Hanford Site.
