(c) Engineering, technical, and repair tasks include: development and maintenance of test, certification, and operation procedures; development of repair procedures, specifications and engineering change proposals; and adjudication of DFS and DSR requests. (b) Assist ship's force in identifying, locating and tracking parts, material, specialized tools and equipment required for routine periodic and specialized maintenance actions
