The position will focus on design, procurement, development, testing, launch, operations, and oversight of road usage charging (RUC) and tolling pilots and programs, as well as emerging solutions such as integrated RUC and tolling systems, integrated in-vehicle and infrastructure-based technologies for revenue collection, and innovative business models for solution delivery. -Creating system designs and corresponding documentation for innovative transportation revenue collection systems, including pilot and operational RUC and tolling programs
-Creating system requirements, business rules,s and use cases for transportation revenue systems procurement documentation
-Overseeing vendor design, development, and implementation of revenue collection systems on behalf of client agencies
-Supporting client procurements of system solutions.
-Designing and overseeing testing and evaluation of revenue system solutions
-Crafting and proposing policy and technical solutions to address client and stakeholder objectives and constraints
-Authoring papers and memoranda that frame technical issues, including alternative solutions, trade-offs, and considerations
-Managing tasks and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource identification
-Presenting findings and recommendations to working groups, task forces, legislative committees, other public bodies, and the public
-Mentoring junior and mid-level staff in revenue collection systems

Position Description
The Operations/POS Support Team is accountable for the continuity of the computer services for the field user utilizing 600+ terminals, 110+ BOH Servers and more than 20 software application products. -Ability to manage appropriate response to customer issues.
-Installs PC's, Laptops, Printers and related hardware. Investigates hardware problems and performs all system hardware repairs as necessary. Performs advanced diagnostic testing. Job Summary
The CIP Systems Operator is to ensure the plant's internal production equipment, process piping, tanks and silos are clean, sanitary and inspection ready at all times. The CIP Systems Operator reports directly to the Sanitation Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities
Food Safety is the responsibility of all Ventura Coastal manufacturing employees. All Ventura Coastal manufacturing employees must be aware of CCPs in their area and how to document them appropriately. All staff must report food safety and quality problems to their immediate supervisor in charge during their shift.
Cleaning Procedures: Follow predefined cleaning and sanitation procedures for equipment such as tanks, pipes, and vessels to ensure they are free from contaminants. Prepare and mix cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines. Perform chemical titrations to ensure proper concentration of cleaning and sanitizing solutions including but not limited to dip tanks, bulk tanks and cooling towers. Assist in cleaning and sanitizing throughout the facility. Follow and complete specific duties outlined in Master Sanitation Schedule. Wash down and foam floors, walls, ceilings, tank alcoves, flow panels and processing equipment.
Inspection & Monitoring: Inspect CIP skids, including chemical concentrations, water temperature, to ensure the effectiveness of the cleaning process.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain all pertinent records, reports and other paperwork as needed, including daily chemical concentration form, Master sanitation Schedule, daily CIP circuit sheet, CIP problems report and other cleaning verification logs.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all CIP operations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. Report safety concerns and incidents immediately to management. Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and cleaning chemicals. Follow all safety policies including wearing PPE associated with chemical handling.
Notify maintenance personnel for major repairs or issues.
Inventory Management: Monitor and track all chemical inventory and supply to ensure there are sufficient stocks for ongoing operations.
Quality Control Support: Assist in maintaining product quality by ensuring proper sanitation of equipment that comes into contact with food products.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training, process improvements, and ongoing learning related to sanitation practices and CIP systems. Assist in the training of new sanitation employees.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in sanitation or food safety is a plus).
Experience: Previous experience in operating CIP systems or in a sanitation role in a manufacturing, food processing, or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.

The Network Engagement Specialist is responsible for coordinating necessary ancillary services for member discharged from inpatient and outpatient settings, acute care and post-acute care settings. This role includes overseeing provider communications, issue resolutions, case submissions, and case closures, as well as managing data exchanges with our Care Partners, local hospitals, and other in and out of network providers. By building strong connections between UPN and our provider pattners, the Network Engagement Specialist will enhance collaboration and service delivery. Additionally, the Specialist will educate local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other ancillary providers on UPN's processes and workflows. This position is crucial for ensuring that members receive the necessary Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplies and other ancillary services promptly. The Specialist will also facilitate efficient routing to in-network Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) when needed. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and project management, with a strong focus on enhancing member satisfaction and maintaining effective provider relationships. **Pay Range**
