Works with and leads multi-disciplinary teams to help our customers design, test, implement, and oversee solutions for transportation revenue collection. The position will focus on design, procurement, development, testing, launch, operations, and oversight of road usage charging (RUC) and tolling pilots and programs, as well as emerging solutions such as integrated RUC and tolling systems, integrated in-vehicle and infrastructure-based technologies for revenue collection, and innovative business models for solution delivery. RUC systems include design, testing, training, and operations oversight for odometer data collection, automated vehicle-based data collection, back-office accounting and vehicle registry transaction systems, and customer support operations. Tolling systems include commercial back-office and customer back-end transaction processing for high-volume, interoperable toll collection systems. Examples of specific work tasks include:
-Creating system designs and corresponding documentation for innovative transportation revenue collection systems, including pilot and operational RUC and tolling programs
-Creating system requirements, business rules,s and use cases for transportation revenue systems procurement documentation
-Overseeing vendor design, development, and implementation of revenue collection systems on behalf of client agencies
-Supporting client procurements of system solutions.
-Designing and overseeing testing and evaluation of revenue system solutions
-Crafting and proposing policy and technical solutions to address client and stakeholder objectives and constraints
-Authoring papers and memoranda that frame technical issues, including alternative solutions, trade-offs, and considerations
-Managing tasks and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource identification
-Presenting findings and recommendations to working groups, task forces, legislative committees, other public bodies, and the public
-Mentoring junior and mid-level staff in revenue collection systems
-Supporting business development efforts and proposals in areas related to the above

Position Description
The Operations/POS Support Team is accountable for the continuity of the computer services for the field user utilizing 600+ terminals, 110+ BOH Servers and more than 20 software application products. REMOTE USER SUPPORT

-Ability to manage appropriate response to customer issues.
-Installs PC's, Laptops, Printers and related hardware. Investigates hardware problems and performs all system hardware repairs as necessary. Performs advanced diagnostic testing. POS HARDWARE KNOWLEDGE
Has entry level hardware knowledge. Includes understanding of POS Hardware, BOH Server Hardware and Internet Connectivity Hardware.
-Installs PC's and related hardware. Investigates hardware problems and performs minor system hardware repairs. Performs basic diagnostic testing. Major problems or repairs are directed to outside vendors as necessary. This requires basic knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting.
-PC Repair and POS Equipment repair - repair and replacement of components such as hard drives, cooling fans, power supplies etc.
-Basic LAN/WAN knowledge - CAT5 wiring, 802.11 technology, testing, and troubleshooting.
DUTY COVERAGE
-Must be on call during business hours.
-Work with Market Leader and Support Team to cover days off and vacation time.
-Flexible schedule that will vary weekly depending on special projects or equipment down. Hours may vary from week to week - 30 hours one week to 50+ another.
-Must be available for high priority on site visits while the restaurants are staffed.
-Must have the ability to work overnight and early morning hours as needed for the business.

Position Responsibilities:

The TSS-1 works in conjunction with the Technology Services Service Desk and second-level support teams to meet these needs in the most effective manner. The TSS-1 works under the general direction of the Manager of Technology Support Services and may also receive direction from a Lead IT Liaison. The TSS-1 shall work directly with the Lead TSS to gain the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience needed to be fully proficient in performing most or all the duties in the area they are assigned. The goal of the TSS-1 is to gain knowledge, skills, and abilities like those of the TSS-2.
TSS-1 provides first contact resolution, on-site support, and works with the response of central IT resources and Lead TSS to meet the IT needs of colleges, schools, and divisions. These staff members serve as technical support to faculty and staff on software and hardware relevant to the specific mission of the organizations they serve. TSS-1 will seek to deliver IT services in a manner aligned with the priorities and practices of the colleges, schools, and divisions they serve, with best practices defined by Technology Services, in conjunction with the Technology Services strategic plan and university strategic plan.
TSS-1 works both as members of a team supporting the colleges, schools, and divisions, and performs work identified and outlined by Lead TSS. They participate with colleagues in defining best practices and use centrally-provided tools and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service delivery.
The TSS-1 employee shall allocate priority and time to the duties defined below based upon direction from their lead or manager to whom this employee reports. The Lead TSS will communicate these priorities and time allocation daily, weekly, or monthly - whatever is deemed appropriate by the ITL.

This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and project management, with a strong focus on enhancing member satisfaction and maintaining effective provider relationships. The Specialist will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and the Contracting & Managed Care Officer, reporting directly to the Provider Relations Manager.
Responsibilities
Performance Area 1: Provider Account Management
Work closely with local hospitals, healthcare providers, and in-network SNFs to coordinate discharge plans and ensure effective member routing.
Act as the primary point of contact for members requiring DME supplies upon hospital discharge, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment.
Maintain accurate records of member interactions, equipment requests, and discharge plans in the organization's database.
Intake Peer-to-Peer requests and process according to establish protocols.
Ongoing, professional, and effective communication with all providers in UPN's network

Provide exceptional customer service
Performance Area 2: Provider Education and Network Management
Handle administrative tasks related to provider relations, including documentation, reporting, and follow-up communications.
Assist in the development and implementation of projects aimed at improving processes related to DME supply distribution and member transitions to SNFs.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by members or providers regarding DME supplies or facility placements.
Pro actively research and resolve provider issues including but not limited to claims submission, processing, and payment, contracting details, provider tools, and UM and other protocols.
Ensure accurate ongoing submission of key provider data elements, updates and changes.
Support providers through the credentialing/re-credentialing process, including addressing provider questions, ensuring timely completion of applications, and suppotting UPN's credentialing team.

Serve as internal UPN provider advocate by communicating key provider pain points and work with key stakeholders to advance support of UPN's contracted ancillary providers.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Provider Data, Credentialing, Operations, and other teams to coordinate cross-functional in-market activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of projects aimed at improving processes related to DME supply distribution and member transitions to SNFs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies related to member care and provider relations.
Track claims that were erroneously sent to the UPN Office and re-route them to UPN's Claims team for proper processing. Contact the facility to ensure that future claims are sent to the correct address.
