We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Technician with expertise in Mobile Servicing to join our IT Team. In addition to a regular IT support role, this position focuses on enterprise mobile device management for a growing footprint of over 3,500 smartphones, tablets, hotspots, and rugged field devices across our multiple brands and locations.
The technician will oversee the full mobile device lifecycle, from procurement and provisioning through MDM, to deployment, asset maintenance, billing oversight, cost allocation, and end-of-life processes.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brea, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and offboarding of associates: new hire/termination processing - create/disable accounts, configure/install software, and equipment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with team members to resolve incidents and service requests.
Document and track all support tickets, assets, and configurations using Help Desk software.
Troubleshoot networking and application-related issues, escalating them as needed.
Manage procurement of mobile phones, tablets, and accessories.
Provision devices through MDM (Intune, MaaS360, etc.).
Maintain accurate fleet inventory for over 3,500 devices.
Oversee billing, cost allocation, and carrier account management.
Provide Tier 1-2 support for mobile hardware, software, and activation issues.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of IT Service Desk experience, specialized in mobile support/telecom service management.
Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, and mobile carrier ecosystems
Strong expertise in one more MDM tools like Maas360, Intune, JAMF, etc.
Sound experience with Office 365 and Azure AD

Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Duration: Contract to hire
Minimum eight (8) years of Infrastructure administration, complex production datacenter administration for industrial sites, automation & operation
Proven experience in Datacenter infrastructure management, CISCO and DELL infrastructure, Virtualization with VMWare.
Good capability, understanding of systems infrastructure administration, configuration, licensing, deployment process, and support.
Experience with running automated patching processes, management of infrastructure assets, and firmware.
Experience with Nutanix, with hyperconverged platforms, is an advantage.
Understanding of Continuous Improvement/LEAN/Six Sigma.
Understanding of administering DELL Tanzu stack, Kubernetes clusters, and its virtualization.
Competence with Operational Technology Datacenter hardware, topologies, virtualization, and administration is a must.
University or higher vocational degree and certification in IT Systems engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the $75/hr to $95/hr with Benefits for this position.

As a CTA, you'll be the strategic technical liaison between the MSP and its clients, ensuring their IT environments are not just supported, but aligned with industry standards and evolving business goals. What You'll Do
Own and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client technology environments.
Conduct discovery and assessments (remote and onsite) to align client tech with internal standards.
Collaborate with Client Success Managers and vCIOs to guide technology planning and business reviews.
Recommend improvements and modernization strategies based on standards and lifecycle planning.
Act as a technical escalation point for service desk and project teams.
Support strategic initiatives and contribute to the evolution of internal best practices and service delivery.
