Salary Details: $53,813.00 annually up to $89,688.00 annually based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Monitor use of systems or applications to ensure efficient utilization. Identifies inadequate or inefficient systems, bottlenecks, performance problems and suggests alternatives to reduce costs or increase efficiencies.
Creates and maintains documentation on systems, process flows. Develops daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audits, checklists and preventive measures as needed
Ability to troubleshoot and support Microsoft Technologies including network communications both on-premises and within Azure and Office 365
Communicate effectively with diverse teams across the company, internal divisions and external vendors on support updates, and project planning\
Provides project costs, design concepts or changes. Evaluate current or emerging technologies and use independent judgment to recommend solutions based on factors like cost, complexity, time and overall efficiency value to the company.
Collaborate with other engineers, system administrators, software developers, users and management to select appropriate design solutions to ensure the compatibility of system components and enhanced efficiency.
Provide engineering support to the IT teams at all of our other parks

Your Career
As a Channel Systems Engineer covering a regional territory, your role will involve providing leadership, technical expertise, and guidance to partners on their journey towards becoming key Palo Alto Networks partners. You will work as a technical leader with channel partners, providing technical expertise to support the technical sales and implementation of company products and solutions. Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners within the assigned region

Qualifications
Your Experience
5+ years of experience in Partner Solution Consulting, pre-sales engineering, or a similar technical role within the technology industry
Extensive knowledge in at least one of - networking, endpoint, backup, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT systems
Strong understanding of channel sales models and experience working with resellers, distributors, and other channel partners
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $198000 - $273000/YR. Analyze and review data to ensure that hardware is operating as expected utilizing numerical data analysis tools to interpret test results.
Write test reports that include test results and conclusions based on the data collected
Provide systems engineering support as part of a trouble shooting teams with systems engineering expertise in multiple areas (e.g., RF, Mechanical, Electrical, and Material Properties)
Track individual metrics, maintain notebook, capture lessons learned and undocumented process details.
