The Role
We're seeking a System Engineer (L3) with MSP experience and strong Azure AVD expertise. You'll handle escalations, stabilize complex issues, coach L1/L2 engineers, and support AVD-based environments for multi-tenant clients.
Minimal onsite (a few times per month at most), but you must live in Orange County or Los Angeles.
What You'll Do
Own L3 triage: diagnose and resolve complex server, identity, and network issues
Support and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (image updates, scaling, sessions)
Update runbooks, SOPs, and documentation to reduce escalations
Mentor L1/L2 engineers and improve team troubleshooting standards
Communicate clearly with non-technical clients and set expectations
Occasionally go onsite (OC/LA), primarily remote day-to-day
